If they work anything like they drive, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Thankfully I was at least paying attention and able to avoid an accident.
After using this company for 8 years and two homes we had to switch. Yesterday on the coldest day of the year the furnace stopped working. The technician came said it was working and never mentioned to us that the inducer motor may need to be replaced not that it could happen again if not. Only later that night when the furnace stopped working did we read the invoice and see that last part. Most disappointing after servicing the furnace that day and claiming to have 24/7 emergency service when we called at 9PM we were told no one is coming tonight and we could call back in the morning. Unacceptable - at a minimum you’d apologize for your massive fail and tell us you could be here first thing. Or honor your 24/7 emergency service. Buyer beware.
We had a great experience with Rich and Jason this week when they installed a furnace for us. Rich is genuine, no sales tactics, not scripted at all. Both of them are very knowledgeable and didnt rush us to make a decision. They were available immediately for the install and did it while it was snowing. Thanks guys!
Four Suns Heating and Cooling is a rare find! They are honest, reliable, timely and priced competitively. Jason/Rick/Joey professionally installed our new furnace within 24 hours of me contacting and they even left my furnace room cleaner then when they got there. Also, Four Suns’ extended 10 year labor warranty with service agreement was the deciding factor…. you get an extended labor warranty just for using them to do your annual maintenance, that’s a no brainer. I would highly recommend them.
We required prompt service due to a water heater leak. Technicians arrived quickly and explained everything in detail. We did require a new water heater, which was installed shortly after. These folks are fabulous! Highly recommend their services!
My heat was not working during a very cold couple of days. I called first thing in the morning (after trying to google a solution myself unsuccessfully) and my call was answered right away. They took my info and gave me an estimated time when someone would arrive. John arrived right on time, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to fix my furnace and start heating up my house right away! A new part was needed and they were able to accommodate my schedule to return and replace it. The cost was very reasonable and I could not be happier with the service provided. John especially was absolutely wonderful and I cannot thank him enough.
Absolutely recommend Four Suns! It's family owned, and they are fair and honest. A friend recommended them to us. We had our heating and A/C replaced by them a few years ago and they did an excellent job. We continue to have them come out and service our units. They're always responsive and never trying to sell us anything we don't need.
From start to finish Four Suns was a great company. Jason, the tech, was very courteous and explained things in detail so we understand what he was doing. They installed a new HVAC system that functions perfectly. They were thorough but efficient. Highly recommend this 5 star company!
We woke up to no AC in the middle of a heat advisory. I called Four Suns first thing in the morning and Jason was out to diagnose & repair the problem quickly. I appreciated him walking me through what the issue was and fixing it quickly (and answering all of my many questions) so we could get our AC working again. I would recommend Jason and Four Suns.
these folks are the best hands down.. they know their stuff and are fair about price and service .. they are worth it! I've been using them for years.. of course I like dealing with local people first always and they do great
Excellent Service!! Our Furnace went out and Four Sons was contacted and very helpful right from the start. It was such a relief to be contacted by Jason and he quickly gathered the information, confirmed the part needed, ordered the part and was very friendly and courteous the whole time. It was very reassuring, especially after a few bad interactions with previous heating company during the day trying to find someone to fix our furnace. When the part arrived, Rich came out and was very nice, welcoming and respectful and more importantly knowledgeable. He took his time and explained the situation installed the part and confirmed everything was working as it should. I can’t explain how nice it was from the start working with Four Sons, compared with other companies. We will definitely be working with Four Son Heating & Cooling to continue to service our home and keeping us comfortable. Thank you, we are truly grateful for the response time, continued communication on the part and excellent service installing and bringing heat back into the home.
Four Suns Heating & Cooling has been my first choice for several years. They initially replaced the air conditioner via an insurance policy. I appreciate the professionalism and honesty. When it was time to replace my heating system, I got prices from other Companies, but Four Suns, was both a good value and they did not high pressure me. A shout out to Rich for a recent repair. He took the time to go over the warranty and remind me of the features that provide 100% coverage over the next 10 years.
New home owners, I contacted Four Suns as they had previously serviced the system in my new home, they were very knowledgeable and professional when talking with them about my system. They booked me in for a service and even fitted me in a day earlier than expected. John was amazing, he listened to my questions helped explain everything about the system and advised on things to look for. Knowing now that we are all good for the winter ❄️ makes us happy as new home owners. Definitely will use again and for our AC check up in spring. 100% recommended 👍
Recently moved to Naperville and evaluated many HVAC companies for our furnace and A/C needs. We selected Four Suns and are very happy with our decision! Jason arrived on time, very professional, honest, knowledgeable and offered helpful suggestions. The pricing was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend you consider Four Suns when evaluating HVAC companies.
We contacted Jason at Four Suns as a recommendation through our subdivision Facebook group because our furnace motor was making a strange noise. He was able to come by within a 1/2 hour and quickly diagnose the problem rather quickly. (piece of filter stuck in the motor) He performed a complete check on the unit and was really fair with the service call fee. I liked and trusted him so much that I had them modify and install a 4inch filter box. I would highly recommend.
Love these guys the owner went out of his way to help me and my family during a big heat wave at our old home. He was able to get us a reasonable estimate over the phone prior to an on-site consultation. This allowed me to at least know what I was getting into. After he did his on-site consultation the estimate changed minimally and our replacement air conditioning that was the correct size for our home unlike the original installed was installed within 5 days of the initial call!! This meant a lot to me as a consumer with four young children and a wife that stays home without air conditioning during the heat wave. We've since moved from that home to a new home and we have a brand new air conditioner and furnace installed less than a year old and their team still provides outstanding service and helping us maintain the units for the winter and the summer. I've recommended Four Suns to several work colleagues friends and family everybody that has worked with them has had the same results high quality reasonable pricing phenomenal service.
Four Suns have worked on my personal HVAC as well as my rentals. I have referred them to every client I have for several years. They are very reasonable, polite, timely and very professional. Jason (and his crew) have been nothing but efficient, professional, and honest. We’ve been using Four Sons since 2016 and have had a few after hour “emergency” visits. We cannot thank Jason enough for problem solving issues without breaking the bank.
Rich has come out a few times for different issues. He is great! Very knowledgeable, tells you what you need and doesn't try to over sell you. Will always be calling Four Suns for any future issues.
