Last month, I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. From start to finish, the three young men who arrived did an outstanding job. They walked in and promptly removed their shoes and placed blankets on my hardwood floors to preserve them. They went through the new equipment with me and clarified some aspects that I needed to know when the job was finished. They removed all of the old equipment and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend J&K Air Conditioning And Heating firm.

I detected an issue with one of my air conditioners late on a Friday afternoon (around 6:00pm). When I dialed their number, a live person answered. Candy stated that Mike, would be out around 8:30 or 9:00 the next morning after some deliberation (a Saturday). Imagine my astonishment when he called the next morning to say he was on his way and arrived shortly after 9:00 a.m. He diagnosed and fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. I was able to reach Jim right away, and he immediately got me a quote to replace both of my furnace humidifiers. I was on a tight schedule because of a home closing, so he fit me in the next week. Paul showed up as scheduled, was very friendly and professional, and was very clear about the work he was doing.
