I would strongly recommend Apex Heating & Cooling for any AC issues. I found the technician to be reliable, trustworthy and very professional. He came in to assess an issue with my AC, was honest in his assessment, which was different and more beneficial to me from other companies’ opinion and completed the job quickly for a lot less money than I was expecting. Do yourself a favor and at least get him to look at your AC problems, you won't regret.
Apex Heating & Cooling is the best residential HVAC company I've worked with. They always answer a call and come out to assess the problem extremely quickly. Service like theirs is rare these days and they are very reasonably priced for the services they provide. Friendly associates and willing to explain in detail what repairs are needed or may be needed in the future. Give these guys a call and you won't be disappointed!!
The installation crew from Apex Heating & Cooling completely blew me away. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of their service. They went above and beyond to ensure that they completed their best work in a timely manner. My thermostat is still doing an excellent job. I should mention that I have complete confidence in their products. Best wishes to everyone.
My air conditioning was installed by Apex Heating & Cooling, and they performed a fantastic job. I like how quickly I was able to set up an appointment with the company. After I wrote my first Google email, I received an immediate response from the person who contacted me. The two gentlemen that came to our house today were really knowledgeable and helpful. They did an excellent job cleaning my furnace, air ducts, and vents, which I greatly appreciate.
John was able to complete my services,he was prompt in understanding any concerns I may have had and special access to my HVAC system. Nathan was very professional in his conduct, and made sure to provide me a detailed explanation for any adjustments that might cause my system to operate more efficiently. This was my second encounter with Apex Heating & Cooling, and I could not be more happy with their conduct of business.
These guys are my go to HVAC repair service now. They made my AC repair a priority when no one else could. I received a repair job from them that others wanted hundreds of dollars more for. They do what they say will do, they charge what they say they will charge, they show up when they say they will be there. You can never go wrong with them.
From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, I was extremely impressed with the care and professionalism of Apex Heating & Cooling. The technician was able to be scheduled in a timely manner and he completed the work in a very thorough fashion. There is sufficient heat, so we don't have to bundle up. I would highly recommend Apex Heating & Cooling to my friends and neighbors.
Very nice and friendly, they came out late in the evening after hours and didn't charge me overtime. It was a quick fix too and they saved me some money. I will be calling them again when it's time to replace the unit or if I have any other issues.

We needed our HVAC unit replaced and Apex Heating & Cooling was our mot recommended business to handle this work. Their quote was lower for the exact same products compared to other companies. Everyone was kind, helpful, punctual and professional. I will recommend them and use their service in the future!

I contacted them last night and were able to get a technician to my house the next day even though they were busy. Technician was very professional and got my air conditioner back up and running very quickly. Couldn't be happier with them. Would definitely recommend!
Our air conditioner stopped working during one of longest heat waves on record. They came over in less than 3 hours and within 24 hours, it was up and operational. Highly recommend their services!!
I woke up yesterday to a cold house and furnace that was not running. I called Greg to schedule a repair, when I got to the office. They told me they were booked but he would squeeze me in and call me 30 min before he would be to me house. I got a call about noon and went home. He diagnosed the problem and had my furnace up a running in less then 30 min. This was truly a great experience, professional and efficient. Thank You.
Routinely performs complementary service calls. Gets out quick when there is an emergency and doesn’t try to take advantage of the customer. I had a call today where the previous tech made a mistake in installing a capacitor. They easily could have charged me for the call and I never would have known. They replaced the capacitor, fixed the mistake and didn’t charge for the visit. Appreciate it.
We had Apex Heating & Cooling technician come to assess our furnace problem. Greg was very considerate, extensive and skilled. He was not only on time but professional as well. He clarified everything to us well and had our safety as her priority. Highly recommend him and his company.
I called today and explained that I had put in a new thermostat but the heat would not turn on. I spoke to Greg on the phone and over about 30 minutes, he talked me through how to fix it. It worked, my wife was happy. Highly recommended.
This is hands down the best company I have ever done business with. Straight forward, honest and professional, that is very hard to come by nowadays. That's one of the many reasons I have a service contract with them now and I recommend them to everyone in need i know.
