Very professional, did an excellent job,. Would recommend.
Tried to call and ask a few questions woman who answered was rude. Asked for my last name when I refused she went into overdrive and asked if I wanted her help or not. I'll never call again
Larry the technician was on time, efficient, and thorough. Excellent work.
Professional and prompt from start to finish. Jason showed up and had the parts he needed in the truck. In and out in less than an hour. It’s the weekend so we left a message with the answering service. Dispatch called back in about 20 minutes and said they would contact a technician. He was in our doorstep within 30 minutes give it take. Fairly priced! Would recommend them over and over! Top notch!
Have happily used them for years at home and at work. No heat today at the office and Michelle coordinated a same day service appointment so that business could continue. Thank you for your prompt service on the first cold day of the season. Highly recommend!!
Always accommodating kind and professional.
Called this company to look at my parents non working central ac. Tech told us the compressor is shot and parts are not available so a new central ac is needed. He also suggested a new furnace as well. Later that day, we called Home Heat Air under recommendation of a friend. He diagnosed a bad capacitor, fixed a leak and refilled the system for a total bill of only $500.00. A far cry from $8,794.00 for a new hvac system. I’ve asked for a full refund of the service call. This is exploitation of a senior. I have a notion to report this business. Please do not use this company.
Chris was the name of the tech that came to repair our AC. He was very professional and I will definitely will be calling Gene May twice a year for regular maintenance.
I felt they were very knowledgeable, courteous and honest.
Quote was so high I think they just didn't want to do the job
WOW! Great technician, Jason. THANKS
Used Gene May in my first house which was a gas forced air unit, and now I'm my new home which has a gas boiler. Excellent work done on both systems. Their technician Jason is very knowledgeable and thorough. Will not hesitate to use them again.
Our A/C conked out on a day when it hit 93 degrees. Gene May Heating & Cooling was highly recommended by a friend and exceeded our expectations. They offered to send someone that day. Larry was right on time, so personable and helpful, and got everything fixed up and restored quickly. Our immediate problem was fixed, and they pointed out and addressed two other looming issues. Exceptional service and a great value. We will be bringing them back this fall to tune up our heating system.
Our a/c went out late Sunday night, in the middle of this recent heatwave. We were able to contact the office and our service technician to arrange for an emergency service call. Our technician, Larry C. showed up early and was able to repair the problem in a quick, professional manner. Larry has been our hvac guy for many years and always does an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Larry and Gene May agency to anyone in need this type of work.
Service costs have gone up with this company. Tech replaced a simple ignition sensor. Was charged $175.00 for the part and $150.00 for the service call. This was not even an emergency call. Cost for this call seems unreasonable. I was expecting $175 max.
Very fast and efficient service.
The ONLY company we will ever use for our heating & cooling needs! Excellent service by a family run business! Have had them come out to our house a few times over the past seven years. Each time they have been friendly, professional and have given top notch service! Highly recommended!
They did an excellent job of coming to our house on a Holiday and getting our furnace running again. Will use them again in the future. Highly skilled professionals!
Highly recommend! Rodney was very professional and helpful as was customer service. Great experience.
Very helpful. Had a technician walk me through some stuff over the phone that ended up being a big help. Definitely using them in the future
