Great service again. Alex was very thorough and professional.
I believe they overbook customers, so we ended up waiting longer than expected, but the service man was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. Overall a good company.
Josh responded to an electrical issue that turned out to be potentially dangerous. But he moved quickly to fix the problem. He was kind and explained to me in detail, and also suggested some future upgrades. He and Mattex kept me updated and let me know the status of the project as it happened. Will definitely use them again!

Cecil did an amazing job with our issue. We put in a request to Mattex on Thursday morning and within a few hours we had someone out to our home to look at our A/C issue. We had several complications with the unit so Cecil even had another Mattex associate come for a 2nd opinion. The same day we had a sales representative, Jeff, come with Mattex to help quote us the best option for a replacement unit. The next day Cecil came back to finish the diagnosis of our A/C issues since we were unable to the first day due to it being frozen. He was extremely thorough. Mattex didn't charge us any additional fee outside the $99 service charge for both days of work and feedback. We will continue to be loyal customers of Mattex.

Mattex plumber Oscar Rardin installed a new hot water heater in our house. He did a professional job and was very thorough . I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any plumbing work in the future. An excellent contractor with highly skilled people.

We use Mattex for all our heating, cooling, pluming, electrical services. This includes HVAC, water heater, duct work, whole house generator and whole house dehumidifier. They are professional and on-the-ball. The service personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. We started using them when we moved into our new home and are very happy ever since.
