We have become loyal Classic Plumbing customers from a variety of recent experiences, and today’s experience added to our list of reasons to maintain that loyalty. We needed to use the after hours emergency service. Peter came promptly, evaluated our situation thoughtfully and efficiently, provided a cost effective and timely short term solution to meet our immediate needs, and answered all of our questions for our long term needs. Peter and the Classic Plumbing team helped to ease a very stressful situation.

The guys from Classic Plumbing did a great job moving a set up for a water softener from the garage to a utility room in the house. The water software installation team came a couple of days later and we're very impressed with the job they did also. I would definitely use them again and recommend them 100%.

I needed some vent runs for basement HVAC: Chuck was exceptional as far as response time, knowledge, and time to complete the work. Much of the work I have done is because I simply don’t have the time. They did the work right and at a price that made sense and was fair. Local people taking care of a local community is almost always a superior experience and this was a great example of that. Pleased overall with the entire process.
My husband was trying to DIY a toilet replacement and ran into a snag with a new toilet flange. We called Classic Plumbing & Air at the last minute at 4 p.m. just before closing and expected to be put on a wait list for another day. Nope! Peter kindly agreed to make a last minute run to our house and help with the issue so we could continue with our new toilet installation. He saved the day!! Peter was kind, very respectful and quick. It's obvious he's been trained well.

Kyle was able to fix my outdoor AC unit, which had some funky electrical gremlins. I guarantee most other companies/techs would have thrown their hands up and pushed for a whole AC system replacement since my compressor was overheating for unknown reasons. Kyle went above and beyond to troubleshoot the actual issue(s) and I'm back up and running. Very smart and ethical dude!
Kyle and his team installed a new AC this spring for us. They were quick and professional and their quote came in exactly as promised, both in time spent and cost. New AC is working like a dream so far. It’s so quiet we hardly noticed it running when we were outside nearby. We’ve worked with Kyle for many years and always appreciated how he is responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. We’ve been so pleased with their service we’re planning to start to use them for our plumbing needs as well.
