Asked to come on a Sunday or Monday, showed up on Saturday. I asked to look at the AC unit and provide a quote for a new unit. Never received the quote. Didn’t listen to anything I said. Ran in and ran out of my house. Don’t bother
Had an issue with my A/C and called Winters and they were over in 30 minutes and fixed it in 5 minutes. Great service, professional and friendly. Would recommend.
First, I want to say that we were very pleased with the work that Nate from Winters HVAC performed on our AC condenser unit. He communicated well on the phone, let us know ahead of time on the day of the repair that he was running late due to his first call of the day, is very knowledgeable about AC operation, was very gentle working with the existing equipment, and completed the job neatly and in a workman-like manner. We contracted Nate to remove and replace the compressor in our outdoor condenser unit, install filter-dryers in the suction and discharge lines, purge the lines of any debris, charge the system with new refrigerant, and check the operating conditions while starting up the system. We purchased all of the equipment needed and he performed the installation on a T&M basis. Nate was very easy to work with, offered reasonable pricing, and we would definitely use him again for HVAC repairs and installation.
The motor in our furnace went out during the most frigid week of the year, but Nate came to the rescue and provided the most professional and extremely reasonable service we have ever had. Thank you Nate!
Nate was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Without knowing what I was doing, I was terrified it would cost me an arm and a leg. Nate was fair fixed what needed to be fixed and walked me through it step by step. Would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Nate!
Have been getting service from Winters Heating and AC for more than 20 years. Even under the new management they still take care of their customers with first class service. And their prices are very fair.

Super SUPER professional...I called at 3am BOTH TIMES... Both times the problem was fixed by 8am and the second time was a Sunday morning and the dude DIDN'T WAKE ANY ONE OF THE KIDS ... The price was the great and I could honestly say I trust this place to get it done... Seriously.. So stop scrolling and call this place... If I'm wrong I'll pay for it for you....and I SWEAR TI GOD I'm just a customer...

I have worked with Nate for my hvac needs for years. They are always professional, on time, honest and great at keeping my system working. They try to repair if possible rather than replace. I started with them after another company said I needed to replace my 10 year old furnace. Nate came out and repaired it rather than replace and that was 10 years ago. I trust them, they do great work at very reasonable prices

Winters has become my business of choice for all my heating/cooling, etc. requirements. Both Ed and Nate are great! They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and careful when in the house. Ed recently did some work that required interacting with another vendor. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. They also communicate well, ensuring I understand the scope of the work. Love these guys!
