The technician was on time and provided us with detailed estimates. He has done excellent work with replacing our leaking A/C evaporating unit which is located in our attic. He is friendly and cooperative. He even gave us the details of the claim process for the damaged evaporator unit. He is reasonable with the price. I would definitely recommend Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service for any A/C related issues.
The technician from Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service came out and looked at our HVAC unit that just stopped working. He was able to figure out the problem within 10 minutes. He fixed it and had it working perfectly again. No one wants to pay for repairs, but I thought the pricing was fair. Very professional and would highly recommend him.
They did an excellent job
On a Sunday afternoon, we came home to discover that our boiler was leaking. When I phoned around, Josh contacted me back within 15 minutes and booked our meeting for the following morning. He arrived on time, was courteous, had all the components required and I had the impression that I learnt a lot more about my boiler as a result. He made recommendations that were based on value, and I got the impression that he was there to assist us with our system. Thanks for a job well done Josh!!
Scheduled an appointment and the technician never came nor notified of any changes. Called and was at least able to get the refund process started quickly. Also they will try to shove their premium plan you no matter what fyi.
Wanting to support a local company in my town I called Gordon's but got PREMIUM HOME SERVICE that not only scheduled the appointment but sold me a "maintenance plan" & said my service call would be MUCH CHEAPER & WITH A DISCOUNT to light a pilot light. The Premium Home Service was $149/yr & Gordon's was $175 to LIGHT A PILOT LIGHT! When I called PHS for my refund the same day, next day, third day, I was laughed at! DO NOT FALL for this MAINTENANCE PLAN! It's a scam! Gordon's called, very nice guy. The guy that lit the pilot was super nice too but nonetheless I was ripped off? I'm hand to mouth on a fixed income & that was my grocery money. Never again!!
Called Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service to get a second opinion on an issue. We spent a week without A.C. and things were starting to get pretty sketchy around here. The technician showed up and within ten minutes of parking his truck, had my A.C. running again. To say he is my hero is an understatement. HONEST, reliable, quality service. I’ve already recommended to some friends. Thank you!

The technician from Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service was very friendly, professional and patient. He was fast and went through all the features of the nest thermostat, showing us how to run it effectively. He took his time to explain everything that he worked on and we will forever remain indebted to him. Fantastic!!
Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service technicians are very skilled, polite, efficient and very diligent. They are respectful and do clean up after their work. Most recently they performed a cooling check on our AC unit which they had previously installed.They were very thorough and I was very impressed with their service. I would definitely recommend them.

Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service replaced our air conditioning after a compressor failed on our unit. These company employs very genuine, hard-working and competent employees. We are very pleased with our new unit and look forward to them continuing to service our AC and furnace through their maintenance plan!!
I called Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service to service my AC after concerns that it may not be operating properly. They checked my unit which is 20 years old and it was fine. They didn't try to convince me that I would need something newer and didn't charge me for the service. I will definitely recommend them to customers.

Fred came to give us an estimate for our HVAC needs. He was pleasant to deal with and did an outstanding work. He was very courteous and went above and beyond what was necessary to do the job. The job was done well, and we wouldn't hesitate to use Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service, again.
Our furnace broke down on the coldest night of the year and Fred from Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service came to our rescue on a very short notice. He found that the issue was a minor one and he took less than 30 minutes to fix it .Fred was knowledgeable and very polite and made sure he cleaned up the premise before he left. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a HVAC need.

I'm so glad my daughter recommended them, she had used them before and was very happy with their service. They worked patiently with me throughout the whole process. Fred was the tech that came out to our home to repair He was extremely polite and well mannered. He answered all my many questions and commenced the work immediately.
