We appreciate their amazing service, explanations of the issue(s), and fast turnaround time. We’ve been using their plumbing and heating services for many years and consider them our go to for home maintenance.
Another company installed a new furnace this past winter and when the weather warmed and I tried to flip on the AC, it would not run. The original company quoted me a new AC. Ravinia was able to reconnect the AC in less than an hour.
Jack has been my HVAC technician for over a decade and he is always professional and reliable. He is very skilled at his job and has a solution to any HVAC issues I am having. He also always takes the time to help me solve for issues with air flow, heating and cooling the most lived in parts of the house, teaching me how to control humidity in the house and resolve condensation issues on my windows, etc.. I always ask for Jack by name when I make an appointment because he knows my home, my pets, and me and I really appreciate the continuity of having the same technician year over year. I recommend Jack to everyone I know because I know he will show them the same skill and professionalism that I have come to expect from him.

Michael performed the maintenance on our A/C very well, and explained well. He did a better job than our previous service.

Ravinia has taken care of our AC & Boiler systems for many years. Everyone that we've dealt with has been friendly, professional, and answered any questions we've had in easy-to-understand terminology. Our Service Technician today, Maddy, did a great job!

We are home club members and always so happy with Ravinia! They do honest yearly inspections for our home and have saved us more than once in an emergency. The technicians who come out are always polite, friendly and professional!
Jeff understood our Koher shower steam generator when it was acting up. He created a quote for labor/parts. We scheduled his service. He performed the work and it works now. We also got his informed opinion on what might go wrong in the future and what to expect.
