My tech was very helpful in setting up an appointment to inspect our humidifier, which wasn't working. He explained that an attempted repair would be made and quoted the cost of a new unit if it was required. I got my new furnace and AC installed. Great service by the tech team. Team leader was very well on his time when I called for quote. Also he doesn't pressurize u to buy particular brand. I dealt with them and the team arrived on time and installed an amazing air conditioner for us. They were professional and didn't leave any mess behind. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. The troubleshooters tried to salvage my 13-year-old AC. It turned out to be more cost efficient to replace the inside and outside unit. By the end of the day, the installers completed the installation of my new AC. I was going to pay off the install entirely but the 2-year zero % APR was the easier route.
