Premium Home Service is an excellent business. Mike K. makes it quick and simple to arrange an appointment, and is incredibly courteous and helpful. Their professionals are meticulous and present you with all of your repair alternatives. Never would I ever use another heating and air company!
Every time my old HVAC system turned on, I had to significantly increase the TV level in my living room due to how loud it was. The main issue was that there was no separation or sound dampening between the furnace blower unit and the return duct vent in the hallway of my condo. A bespoke return air base and return drop that separated the blower from the vent were designed and created by Premium Home Service. Both were lined with an acoustical soundproofing material for insulation. Additionally, they selected equipment that was the right size for my apartment so that the blower level is not excessive. I am overjoyed with the outcomes. Now, living in my unit is so much calmer and more pleasant.
They wanted me to acquire a new furnace and everything when I originally phoned 4 Season for service. When Sergio answered the phone, he couldn't believe what 4 Seasons had said, adding that the furnace is still in fine shape and only needs cleaning. As a result, TY came out later that day and gave us a 10/10 for the service Sergio and Ty delivered. This business is trustworthy and offers fair prices.
Always punctual, tidy, and businesslike! They are a wonderful firm for installing and maintaining furnaces, hot water heaters, and air conditioners. They have been our go-to for more than a decade, and we couldn't be happier!
My house now has a Mitsubishi ducted (not ductluss) system. This was a full installation, and I was still utilizing window units. I invested a lot of time in learning about conventional AC systems, space paks, and split systems that use heat pumps during the past year (or more). Quiet was crucial. I have a little yard and live on a busy street. I didn't want a typical air compressor that would be noisy in my yard. I didn't want the units on my walls, though. I cited the Mitsubishi contractors website. I was impressed with Premium Home Service after interviewing 4-5 companies just to install Mitsubishi. I thought Sergio's placement suggestions were brilliant, and he was very detailed and responsive to my inquiries.
The way we dealt with Premium Home Service was new. Starting with the office and continuing with the technician that came to our house, they were quite professional. Not only did I get a call while the technician was en route, but when he arrived he was already aware of the issue. They have very fair prices, and I would use them once more without a doubt.
Our relationship with Premium Home Service spans 3 years! They were recommended by the previous owners of our home! I adore this business and would strongly suggest it to anyone! When my kids were very young and my husband was traveling and needed to call for help, I had great faith in their skills and knowledge. It's acceptable to ask a question because they are aware that I am unaware of the furnace's or the air conditioner's capacity, or lack thereof. Every man that has entered our home has been wonderful, patient, and thorough. I've never felt foolish. Thanks for the great service, Ziggy and team!
I've been happy with the service I've had from this business. They deliver on time and stick behind the goods and services they provide. Their staff members are cordial and trustworthy. I only have positive things to say about them. They've been helpful to us for approximately 20 years. I'll keep calling them if I have a problem.

Recently, on one of the coldest nights, our furnace failed. Tom at Premium Home Service was recommended to me, and he arrived that evening to look at the problem. Due to water escaping from the furnace, the board was fried. The humidifier was not attached, and he also discovered that there was extensive rust buildup around the board, which should have been an indicator of a problem. The fact that the previous business we were employing did not make any of this known to me astonished and disappointed me much. They were able to replace the furnace the first thing in the morning the next day. Ziggy took us through the process of doing the work step by step. He was extremely competent and careful. Going forward, I wholeheartedly endorse Ziggy & Premium Home Service!

This is a SCAM, do NOT use this service. I fell for the SCAM, this is not a real company. They trick you in to paying for the services, but they do not deliver. I've been told many times a manager would call and email me, but no one has. I suspect no manager exists, I have been robbed of my time and money. The 5 star reviews here are probably from bots! They said it would be $250 for someone to come out for a quote or $99 for a subscription service and somebody would come out to inspect and give a quote. I was promised a quote in the middle of May and now it's June! I have called multiple times and was told a manager would reach out to me, but no one has reached out. Every time I called I verified the manager had my correct contact info., but no one has called or updated me. The quote was going to take a couple days, but it has been weeks. I needed a quote to negotiate my first home purchase, but I never received the quote promised. I called the subscription company for the nth time to cancel and get a refund. The lady says the process has began and I would get it in a couple of days. I WILL WAIT AND SEE. During the last call I had they said to hold on the call while they track down the manager. Customer service told me the manager claims they are catching up on work and still working on the quote. The manager not once has given me an update or returned my calls for weeks. I work in the aerospace industry and never has a quote taken more than three days (welding, machining, 3d prints, cable/harnessing), NEVER WEEKS. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. CEO is Yosef Bernath and it looks like I'm not the only one who has been tricked by him.

We've had the most amazing experience with Roof Fix. Their chimney repair services are top-notch and their roof installation and repair services are amazing! We called them out when our roof was leaking, and it turned out to be a simple fix. The team was friendly, professional, and fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I've been trying to get a general current COI to verify this company is insured for the services they claim for the business names they claim for almost 2 weeks. We like the tech who quoted us, and are ready to move forward IF we can confirm this is a legit company... Which is difficult bc they are so secretive about standard business procedures.... just spoke with a senior Manger and he said that was how they were advised by their insurance company to proceed bc they were getting false claims. Hmmm. Also why is this company located inside what appears to be a liquor store? Why can't the city of Hillside confirm this is a legit address/business? When I called and asked the person said they are actually located in Chicago. Hmmm.
Very reputable business. The onsite technician is always professional and conducts inspections in a timely manner. Gives maintenance recommendations but does not push unneeded products. A great HVAC Service provider.
After months of battling some stains in our carpets James was able to pull them right out! I was impressed with his service, attention to detail, and his willingness to explain they process and chemicals he was using. Will always use this app to request for services!!
