I cannot say enough good things about this business. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. Jose’s quote is what sold me. He explained to me what I needed and why I needed it. There was no extra in the price. Everything was very straight forward and I was not treated like an idiot, unlike some of the big advertising companies did. The install could not have gone better and they finished exactly when they thought they would. I would highly recommend Knights Heating and Cooling firm!

This is my first time working with Knights Heating and Cooling, and I had a great time. Jon discovered both of my aging air conditioning systems were short on refrigerant, which I needed for the season. I was aware of the leak but not its magnitude because I knew the units would need to be replaced sooner rather than later. Jon was honest about the work that needed to be done, the expense, and offered some helpful suggestions/options for moving forward. I'll contact Knights in a few weeks to go over the repair and replacement choices with them. Kudos!!
John thoroughly checked both my furnace and heat pump to make sure both units were working properly both together and individually. He also gave me some suggestions for equalizing the temperature between the first and second stories. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Thanks for great friendly service.
These guys are truly exceptional. They are professionals who are well-versed in all aspects of heating and cooling. They are reasonably priced, and they work diligently to ensure that everything is completed correctly. By far the best customer service I've ever encountered. At my house, they've installed a new furnace, air handlers, and ac condensers, and they're now installing an HVAC system. I'm so glad I came across them.
We bought a 56-year old bungalow that has required several updates, including installing a new HVAC system. A family friend referred Knights Heating and Cooling and I’m so grateful - every person I’ve interacted with at Knights has been exceptional. Mike was responsive and courteous when providing quotes. James and his crew did a great job with the installation. I will only use these guys moving forward - you will not regret doing the same.
Knights Heating and Cooling goes above and beyond to take excellent care of their customers! Our AC unit was having an issue, and although it was the end of the day they called a technician out to fix it. It was ten days past the labor warranty, but they didn’t charge us. The technician was kind and professional and took time to explain things. I highly recommend them!
