Ken was great! Needed an emergency visit to get my ax up and running. He told me he would call me back in an hour, and next thing you know he was on my driveway. Gave me a reasonable price for the visit, and was honest with the repairs. Will end up getting a new ac/furnace. Thanks Ken.!
Ken was terrific with the advice he provided. He suggested that we clean the flame sensor on our furnace and it immediately started working again! Thanks again for your help.
Our VERY old air conditioner finally broke down for good last week during a heat wave. We called Ken at KET based on recommendations on Google and NextDoor. At first he said it would be about a week, and we were fine with that. Then he said he would call us right back; he did, and his crew came out the NEXT Day with our new (and much bigger, based on his recommendation) air conditioner and furnace. Everything about the products, service, price, installation, reliability, crew, everything is perfect! Support local business and hire KET. You will NOT be disappointed. Absolutely outstanding in every way!!!

Ken, his son, Ken, and the KET Team are an absolute joy to work with. You owe it to yourself to call them up for any HVAC needs, whatsoever. They are honest, spend your money like it's their own and 100% standby their products and work. Young Ken was just here today and even repaired a pipe leak that they didn't have to. Great workmanship and even greater people. If there was a 6th star, they earned that one, too!

Dealing with Ken was so easy and smooth . I got 5 estimates from other HVAC companies. KET stood out over all the others . Ken sat down with me and explained everything to me so I can understand what he will change out . I was really impressed that he noticed things that were not sized properly in my condo, where all the other companies I got estimates from did not catch the issues . He even came out a second time to answer more questions I had . At that point I was sure I chose the right company to work with . When I purchased my condo in July 2020 the HVAC system was almost 40 years old it was not working properly and it had a lot of issues.. this was a huge expense for me , but I’m so glad that I replaced my furnace and AC . Ken came in with the best and fairest price which I was really happy about . The installation was so smooth , the guys were very nice and fast . I Expected it to be all day job since I live on the 4th floor . It wasn’t !!!!! they were in at 8:30 finished before 3pm ....they even replaced the broken water filter in my refrigerator. I would refer Ken KET home Services. To anyone that’s looking for an honest reputable company . ...I’m the 3 rd job he’s done in my building already. My compressor locked up on my AC unit, the system was old so I decided to buy a new HVAC system. I called four highly rated contactors. KET Home Services, Ken Thomas was the first to respond to my call, the first to inspect, listened to my concerns (old system did not keep the 2nd story cool on cold days and warm on cold days). Ken put no sales pressure on me whatsoever - a fact that I really appreciate! He made some recommendations, explained my situation on the 2nd story and told me what we could to to help with that issue. After receiving quotes from the other contractors I decided to go with KET Home Services. The new system was installed, Ken and his team arrived exactly when promised, completed the work a little earlier than estimated and did all of the work for exactly the quoted price - no surprises. When you talk with Ken you are talking with the owner of the company and a first rate technician. He knows what he is talking about - not just a slick salesman. My 2nd floor is much cooler, the air-flow in the house is much better (much more even temperature from room to room). Also, my system is much quieter than before, both inside the house and outside near the compressor. I couldn't be happier!

Just had a home furnace replaced by Ken and his team. He gave us a fair price, showed up when he said he would, completed the swap in the time frame he told us, cleaned up afterward and he and his son who was his assistant were quite pleasant. We are quite happy. My father-in-law is quite knowledgeable about such things, and every thing Ken advised us or told us exactly matched what my father-in-law had told me in advance. We would recommend KET Home services to anyone.
I am so glad I found Ken! He installed a new furnance at a very good price and I'm extremely satisfied with his service. He went above and beyond (he even fixed my broken doorknob) and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone straight forward, honest and will do the work right! He also installed a smart thermostat and I'm glad I went with his recommendation because it's pretty great. I never thought I would be excited for a thermostat, but it is really is awesome. We are very pleased with Ken and KET Home Services. Not only did he save us money but he was patient with all the questions I asked. We called Ken for a second quote on A/C replacement after reading his reviews. Our first quote, a company we were with for 15+ years was deceptive and trying to overcharge. We are glad we found Ken and have a new go-to.
Fast, freindly and impeccable service
I highly recommend Ken and KET Home Services, great company to work with and extremely competitive pricing! Our furnace and A/C were 22 years old and we wanted to proactively replace both just in case we had another winter like 2018 into 2019 and of all the estimates we got, Ken came in the most competitive but what sold us most was his honesty, no up selling or pressure and his passion and professionalism for the industry. Ken knows his stuff, they were fast to install our units and we would hands down hire KET again!
5 stars all around. Ken and his team were extremely courteous, quick to respond to me at all times, did wonderful work on replacing my heating & AC units, and gave me excellent pricing. Really happy that I chose to go with them and I highly recommend them.
