Mike and his staff are always so considerate and timely when it comes to these critical life things. After multiple issues here and there, Dixon continues to impress us with their support, experience and reliability. Even made friends with all of our pets!

Can't even rate their business. The person in the other end hung up on me before I could even get assistance. I knew it was on purpose bc it slammed once because the person missed before I saw I got hung up on. Good luck getting business with that.
We have been using Dixon for more than 2 decades. They have always been reasonably priced. We have a building we are renovating and his is the only bid we even got because we have that much confidence in his work.
Fast service! Came out within an hour to change out an thermostat on Christmas Eve!!! Always responsive have used a few times this year since buying my house in Granite City.
I called scheduled an appointment for after 3pm today 10/28, it is now 8:34 pm 10/28 and no one has called or showed up. I have left a business like this would at least call and tell customers that they can't get there tonight and rmessage on voice mail also. I spoke with someone at 430 and was told the techs work untill the tickets are done.
The work performed was excellent and the reply time was quick

Best place in town for your HVAC needs
replaced my condensor for my South Roxana house and bypassed the fuse pull box for the condensor. Major no no. Called for service and never called back or serviced it so I hired someone else.
Always have them to service my hvac system
Spent $1350 to have a water heater installed only for it to fail a year later. I called them for service, they dont carry parts... I got the parts myself, they wont come out to service it. They always tell you they will call you back, and then they never do.
We waited three months for a refurbished furnace to be installed. The owner of the company dropped off a used furnace but did not connect it or start it up. Four different employees at my office logged more than 25 calls to Dixon, trying to get someone to finish the project or refund our deposit. Meanwhile the rental property sat empty waiting on a furnace. We finally had to give up and have another company install a new furnace. I requested that Dixon return our deposit of $605. Once I did that, Mr. Dixon entered our property without informing us (trespassing), and found that we had installed a new unit. He then told his secretary to keep our money. Not worth the time we have already invested to continue to pursue the matter. But we are leaving this review so that others may be warned...
I have an old unit and they always work to repair it, never trying to sell me new instead. Good and fair prices and people. When I buy a new system, they will get my business
gave me a brand new heater and air conditioner and it's worked wonderful for 3 years and they are always there if I need them
Mike Dixon responded to an emergency call on a Sunday I had to make for my aunt who had no heat. She is 87, lives by herself and has health problems. He met me at her house in a timely manner; fixed the problem and was very courteous. Within a matter of a couple of hours she was nice and warm again. Thank you Mike.

Needed to have my A/C looked at. Dixon was able to come out quickly and they were able to answer all of my questions. The receptionist was extremely helpful and made things very easy to get scheduled.
