The most racist experience I've had by far, I came to retrieve my items that were in my vehicle, my vehicle wasn't there, they stated they cleaned out my vehicle before I got there, that was definitely not apart of our agreement, I stated I had over a few hundred dollars in the vehicle. They said they didn't see any money when they cleaned it out. Viccki was so unprofessional, and racist to me, she was trying make it seem like I was trespassing constantly yelling at me that I needed to leave, when I was in fact leaving! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!
It was 7:30 in the evening on one of the hottest days of the year and my 75 year old father who is on oxygen had his A/C tp stop cooling. I called and left a message and within 15 minutes , Chris called and said he would be on his way. By 9pm everything was up and running and my dad was comfortable and able to to breathe much better. Great service!!
Fixed a gas leak and had the hvac system up and running in no time, highly recommend 👌 👍

I was super impressed in the service and the outcome of the repair. The 2 engineers, Chris and Jim were on time for appointment and immediately diagnosed the issue. They suggested taking the PTAC unit back to the shop to repair and go through the entire system and delivered back this morning. Highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. Great job!!
We lost cooling after we had already scheduled an appointment for another issue. I was very pleased with the time frame they arrived and the friendly, yet professional experience with their service person. He was able to determine the problem and get our air restored quickly. In addition, I found their charges to be reasonable for the work involved. I would recommend them very highly.
We had been having heating issues for a few weeks. I called Koesterer and they were able to send a technician that same day. Chris was a professional, he diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manor. He also followed all CDC guidelines and wore his mask throughout the duration of the repair.

They are very thorough and explain what work needs to be done before they start their work. They are very prompt and efficient.They put the customers needs first. And they work around the clock in all kinds of weather. I HIGHLY recommend them!! They are top notch professional in ac/ heating needs! Give them a call you won’t be disappointed!!!
Recently needed ac service on our old and heavily used unit. Koesterer responded quickly to online request and came out the next day. The technician was professional and friendly. He did just what he needed to do and did try to "upsell ", which was very nice. Overall a great experience. AC is working fine now and the cost was reasonable. I definitely recommend Koesterer for any hearing/cooling needs.

I had a issue with my system and got an appointment the very next morning. Ryan showed up for the job as scheduled. He was most professional, courteous and efficient. I don’t know much about HVAC systems but he explained how everything worked and gave tips on maintenance. I will definitely request service again this fall.

Called them and explained my furnace was not working properly and Jim was super nice in the phone and got someone to come to my house the next day. Mark came to the house and explained everything in detail. Making sure we had to further questions. Highly recommend them!

Our A/C went out 08/28/19 around 9pm. I called Koesterer Heating & Cooling the next morning s/w Jim (who was really nice) and sent a tech out within 3hrs of my call. Mark arrived, very professional & friendly. My fiance and I hung outside & spoke with him while he was working as well. He had everything fixed within 30min and cost A LOT less than what we expected. Now we have cold A/C blowing! Thank you Mark & thank you Koesterer!
Service tech took the time to explain what's going. That means a lot when something expensive needs repair or replacement.
Fan on outside AC unit went out in the morning. Called Koesterer and they sent a technician out within 4 hours of my call. Technician was excellent. Very polite and knowledgeable and replaced the fan in less than an hour. I have used Koesterer for over 20 years and this is why, they respond to the needs of their customers. Great company.
John and Chris were very responsive and knowledgeable. Work was done quickly and well. I will definitely call them again when I need heating and cooling services.
