We have always been very happy with GV's service over the years. They are responsive, honest and trustworthy. James has been our technician more than once and is always on time, friendly and thorough.
GV Heating is a really good company to work with. There was a paperwork issue on our furnace and the owner, Greg, made it right. Can't say enough good things about James, the technician. He was out to do some maintenance on the furnace in February. He took the time to explain what he saw and what he was fixing. Yesterday James was out to do the AC inspection. Did the inspection, cleaned the coils, and cleaned the rest of the unit. If you need a furnace or AC I'd call them first.
Dan arrived on time. Completed the work efficiently.
The technicians and office staff are always professional, friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. They are very responsive to my needs and concerns and give me the confidence that my a\c and furnace will work consistently and efficiently.

James is great! We’ve used GV’s for several years now at both our business and home. He discovered lots of cottonwood seeds in our air conditioners this years which would have caused trouble in the future. Thanks for keeping us cool and comfortable!

I woke Dan up with an early call Saturday morning and he took my call with the professionalism and care as if it was the afternoon. He arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. He helped me search up a particular filter and directed me where to go to get it cheaper than what they could provide. I feel lucky to have called and will be calling GV’s for all future needs!! James H. is an excellent tech: always punctual, very willing to explain what's going on, and very quick about trouble-shooting and issue resolution. He's a tremendous asset to GV's and is a primary reason that I'd recommend them.
Excellent Service!
I called in the middle of a bad heat wave to get help to very elderly women living alone with a dead air conditioner. It was ninety degrees in her house when I got there. I expected to get very little help from anyone based on how busy they would be. Rebecca was extremely helpful and James was out the next day. He had the system fixed in two hours and could not have been more professional. Thanks guys, your service is outstanding!!!!

GV's replaced our AC unit several years ago and has maintained our HVAC ever since. Great experience throughout! Always professional, friendly, and courteous.
James replaced a pump on a water heater that drives a radiant heating unit in our kitchen. Worked very efficiently, got the job completed within an hour, including a thorough clean-up. Easy Peasy. And...he has great bedside manner. Highly recommend.
