Extremely professional and prompt service! Was able to address our furnace experiencing issues the same day that we called in for assistance. Adrian was our technician and I highly recommend him. Very efficient and also will take the time to explain his process as well as make recommendations on caring for your appliances in the future.

Hugo and Adrian replaced a few pieces of leaky gas lines (furnace and water heater). They also added extra items (per my request) to allow for ease of access in the future. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. I continue having great experiences with this company and am happy to be partnering with them!
Team worked well together, arrived as promised, finished per estimated time, service done well, everything left clean and in place, met our expectations exactly, and cost was as quoted (no surprises or extra charges).
I have used Effective Air in the past but after after my last service I will no longer be calling them. One of the zones in my home was not working and i was told i needed a new damper. I was quoted an upfront price of $482 but when i received the bill it was not itemized in any way just had the price. I decided to look up the part when my the tech left and saw that it was widely available for around $100. So they charged me $480 (plus the initial diagnostic fee) for a $100 part and 45 minutes of work. Shame on me for trusting I was getting a reasonably fair price and I guess they assume customers wont do any investigation as to what they are being charged.
Ben was super nice and he explained what he was doing and explained what was wrong with the heater. Will definitely be referring friends!

Called for an urgent HVAC issue when it was -30. Adam was amazing and solved the issue. Basically, my furnace was overheating and he was transparent about the steps he was going through to figure it out. Nice guy. We were really happy with his service. We’re in a new house and hadn’t had an HVAC service but will use these guys going forward.
