Tri-City Sheet Metal is a poor excuse for a company. They serviced my air-conditioner over the summer, did not follow up with what they said they would do. No one answers their phone. Instead, you get a recorded response with the option to leave a message. My messages have been ignored. Horrific customer service. Go anywhere else.
We use them yearly for maintenance on our heater. Ken and his crew are wonderful to work with. I trust them 100%. Leave a key for them to do the work. They originally put the HVAC system in years ago (25+) for my step dad. Still running great.

Needed a small peice of sheet metal cut for a small project, despite Ken being in a little family emergency he still called me with pricing and got to it right away! A+ service! I will keep them in mind for all my sheet metal needs in the future!
