I was very impressed with Nick. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I also, appreciate the pride he takes in his professional appearance he was neat clean and very presentable. An all around great experience.
Garber stated they could fix my Heating and then waited 30m before everyone closed to say, 'we cannot service you tonight.' They had no problem charging my credit card before service was even performed though.
Joe came by first thing in the morning right after I called and performed repair very quickly. He was very friendly and informative. He found the problem almost immediately and let me know the price and completed repair all within a hour and a half was very satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend him to anyone I know!!
Customer service lies about same-day appointments and then cancels at the last minute. very rude customer service when they call back to cancel/reschedule. I will definitely never call/use this company again. Thank goodness I had left a message with their competitor prior to speaking to them. Patriot in Geneva will be out in an hour!
Just began a service contract with Garber Air Conditioner & Heating. The tech was friendly and informative. More importantly, they were thorough in their work and I am confident in their abilities to keep our commercial units up and running long-term. The receptionist that took my call could have been a tad friendlier, but I may have caught her at a bad/busy time. Regardless, the servicing of the units is what I care about, and they did a great job and gave advice on running our systems more efficiently, more than off-setting their cost for maintenance.
Kim was extremely polite and responsive in the troubleshooting of our furnace. I was completely impressed with the enthusiasm that he showed doing his job which is something you don't see that anymore. He patiently explained the issue and recommended several things that I can do to prevent a more expensive failure in the future. Kudos!
James was very professional very thorough. Was able to figure out the problem, with no wishy-washy or beating around the bush. James solve the problem and was able to offer recommendations and totally understood the long term effects if the problem was not corrected. Definitely a +10 out of 10. I wanted someone to come out and check on my HVAC system because my nest thermostat wasn't operating. Pleasure to work with Garber Air Conditioner & Heating, very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitively recommend to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company.
Today was our first experience with Garber Air Conditioner & Heating and we were impressed. The Tech was terrific. He was polite, patient and very customer focused. He took the time to explain how the system functioned and answered all our questions. It was a very positive experience. We feel comfortable that Garber Air Conditioner & Heating will be able to meet our equipment maintenance issues.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Tech got here when they said they would and finished quicker than anticipated. I had Garber Air Conditioner & Heating install my furnace about two years ago and have had maintenance agreements with them for years. Highly recommend and trust this company. Also several months ago I had a leak on a hose in the furnace. They were here to replace it within several hours of the call.
Garber Air Conditioner & Heating really took care of my family. Our heating and cooling set up was over 30 years old, and with our basement’s waterways unclear, they really took the time to create new pathways, in an elegant and innovative fashion. I am beyond satisfied with their service and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Garber Air Conditioner & Heating has been providing annual maintenance service on our equipment for about two years now. The service people are always respectful, polished and most of all competent. They clarify what they are doing and how this can affect the performance of your system. Top notch service!!

Tech answered my request for service. He listened to my explanation of the problem and asked questions to clarify where needed. He took the necessary steps to resolve the current issue and provide a plan of action going forward. He was polite, knowledgeable, and comported himself as a true professional.
Tony was fantastic!! We had an issue with our heater and he arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and addressed our problem quickly and efficiently. Very professional and courteous.
