These people came out to my home and quoted me for a new water heater said that my water tank was leaking. Had someone else come out and found out that the pipe behind my water heater was leaking not the tank!! Don't use these people!! They don't take their time to look over things!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR $$$

They were accommodating and kept up clear communication of what needs to be done, recommendations and updates and scheduling of when they are on their way. The gentlemen that serviced my AC were cordial and rectified my issue and cleaned up by the time everything was said and done.
I have a home warranty my charge was to be $450 which Andrew told the warranty company I owed him. The furnace was prepaid for by my home warranty Andrew had to just pick it up. When the furnace was installed he said I owed $1100! He took my charge card and put $1155 on it. When I questioned it he said 5% fee for using a charge card. My warranty company also paid him a fee. He installed the furnace didn't put a tarp down on my carpeting and laid the old furnace on my carpeting! I asked where my new thermostat was he said that's $200 extra. I bought my own thermostat from somewhere else. Any company I got an estimate from for a furnace included a thermostat !! He moved some tiles from the floor while removing the old furnace and never put them back.. The next morning I woke up to water soaked carpeting. Water was coming from the furnace room. Andrew told me he would come back at noon.. Hours later he never showed texting his vehicle broke down. He will not give me my receipt for the furnace or respond to my text. I am a Sr citizen and was taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company.
Absolutely awesome. My boiler stopped working and he was here that night! Turns out it was an electrical issue, but he’s also an electrician so that was efficient. And they don’t do BS on the pricing. It’s very fair prices.
