Heritage came out & replaced a capacitor when my A/C began blowing warm. The weather was cool for a couple of weeks after that so we didn't realize there was still a problem. When it got hot again, the A/C was still blowing warm and leaked water all over inside. I called Heritage again and was told I needed a PLUMBER to fix my air conditioner! I called a different A/C repair company. It turned out to be low on refrigerant, causing the coil to ice up. Heritage thought that was a job for a plumber!
Tyler was very knowledgeable about our AC unit and had it working again very quickly. He was patient with explaining AC principles to me as he was checking out the unit.
They were great to work with and very knowledgeable. AC went out and they were out to our house in under 24 hours and at a very reasonable price as well.

On what looks to be the hottest weekend of the summer so far, my AC stopped working. I searched for a open repair company and found Heritage Heating and Cooling. They were able to set up an appointment for an hour and a half later and then exceeded my expectations by being even earlier than that! Tyler was knowledgeable and professional and quickly found my problem and fixed it. Heritage also provides a military discount which I'm very appreciative of. Overall the experience was outstanding.
My second time using Heritage to service my AC. The responsiveness of the person (Jim?) answering the phone at 6:00 AM was awesome. Equally awesome was Tyler the technician. He kept me fully informed each step of the way. When offering me a choice of solutions, He was straight forward and did not pressure me one way or the other. To top it off, Tyler arrived within three hours of the initial call. Most definitely recommend Heritage to anyone in need of HVAC service.

Heritage replaced our heat pump that was over 20 years old and leaking refrigerant. Our entire experience with Heritage was professional, workers were on time, knowledgeable, and polite. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up when the install was complete. Can't say enough good things this experience. Would highly recommend them! Thank you Larry, Tyler, Brian, Nick and the rest of the crew for doing such a great job!

I love that you receive a text with the expected ETA, as well as a small bio and photo of the technician so you know who is coming to your door. Wonderful! I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else. Fantastic experience using Heritage Heating and Cooling. The service tech (Brian H) was very friendly and found the issue quickly. There was no high-pressure sales tactics to do anything beyond what was needed. Honesty and professionalism are the words that best describe my experience. I highly recommend Heritage!
