The technician was courteous and polite. He listened to the issue and after consulting with his manager identified a possible solution. I have sent to the company a photo of one item which I did not see until after the tech left.
Great service with full explanation of any possible problem areas on a 20+ year old system.

These folks are the real deal. They have new advertising that has paid back because I called them. But, they also made the process of getting an estimate for a repair easier, cheaper and faster than 4 of their primary competitors. Our service technician was named Nick and not only was he professional, but he was honest, intelligent and very easy to work with. We made the decision to have them replace our entire system next and the quote was even more competitive than TR Miller, Four Seasons and another local dealer. I couldn’t be happier and I want the marketing person at AWE to know they are doing a great job, and I think other American Brands can look to you for how they should be advertising and marketing, but also how they should be delivering a service. A+++
Always call ahead of time and show up on time. Always very professional and trustworthy. Been using AWE for 20+ years at two different homes. Never any complaints or issues.
I’ve been with AWE for 5 years. I Purchased a furnace from them at that time. Every service call, from semi annual HVAC system tuneups to 1 or 2 minor repairs, I ‘be always received 5 star service. The customer service staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professiona aware the technicians. You won’t be disappointed!

First off, not happy about having to write this review. I have used AWE for 3 installations within the last 5 or so years and have had great experiences each time. That said, all the more sad that it has come down to this. Situation is, Old furnace reached the end of its useful life, called AWE for service and they confirmed not worth the cost of repair if they could even find the parts. Having a background in the trades, and also as a former licensed home inspector I totally agreed. They promptly had a salesperson out same-day to schedule a replacement unit. They had us scheduled the next day which we really appreciated as it was cold outside. Given we were going with the new install, my GF asked about getting a wireless WiFi enabled thermostat as well. As these are fairly standard these days we asked to have one installed along with the furnace. Salesperson said no problem, and had it listed on the work order. No compatibility questions asked. The install crew came early the next day and installed the new furnace and thermostat. We had heat. They were not however able to get the thermostat to connect to the WiFi. No big deal, I have some limited background in IT and figured I could do it anyway, especially since I've done it on other occasions at other locations. Well, as it turns out the particular model they installed, the Honeywell/Resideo T6 is not compatible with any WiFi frequency. It strictly requires a dedicated 2.4GHz only frequency. Most ISP's/routers are multi-band 2.4 and 5Ghz, and these do not work. And depending on your router, you may not be able to select which you want to use. Herein is my issue with AWE. They are the contractor and are responsible for knowing the compatibility requirements of systems and components they install. Furthermore, they actually said the issue is on my end for any incompatibility issues. This is laughable, they install a component that will not work, yet it is my ISP's/routers fault? I even offered to pay a nominal fee
AWE service technicians and staff are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Appointments are on time. Peter performed maintenance today. He was very thorough and explained details of the job done. Excellent customer service Peter!
So far I feel we have gotten the most complete care that we can possibly get... The service has been very prompt and very thorough in the explanation of the problems we have incurred... Our service technician couldn't be more professional and more knowledgeable of the situation... I am so grateful for the service this company has offered
We’ve used this service for seven years now and the service we’ve received has always been great. The staff is consistently helpful and explains all needed repairs and costs thoroughly. They take the time to personally show you any issues so you can see for yourself what may not be working properly and why. I haven’t compared costs to other vendors but haven’t felt the need to either. Nothing has felt outrageous. Plus I’d rather not risk paying less and, therefore, getting less quality work.

Mike determined that a new gas valve is needed and assured me that would solve the problem. He ordered the part, and explained what to do in the meantime. Too soon to tell if the solution works. Update 2/8:. The part arrived and Mike came by after lunch. The new gas control kit was installed and the furnace is working as it should. Nice work.
