My parents had to get their PTAC units replaced. Their technician Kyle and his partner Diego did a wonderful job. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend.
Came when they said they would; replaced bad condenser; repaired thermostat wire and were done in under an hour!
Timely friendly service. My technician (Francisco) did a great job. I highly recommend Allstar Heating and Cooling. I have used their services a couple times now and have found my interactions with them to be extremely customer service focused. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.
Highly responsive, great customer orientation by owner, office employee and service technicians. Installation of a new natural gas furnace was done diligently by very knowledgeable technical service gents, Chris and Dan. Five star service all around. Installed evaporative cooling in January. Great overall experience. On the day of installation, they did a fantastic job! Greatly appreciated! I look forward to working with them again.
Cleaning of HVAC 2 units. Work was carried out professinally within reasonable time. Only downside is serice fees is rather expensive at $175 for less than an hour job for 2 units .
Tyler was new but very capable of doing his job as if a real pro. Cudos to All Star.

Chris and his counterpart (apologies I did not catch his name) were nothing but professional and helpful, resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Super pro. Had my A/C go out on a stretch of 95 degree days. I assume they are super busy and I called them at 5:30pm, they don’t answer but Victoria (?) sees my number and calls me back, gets a tech (Chris, super professional) out to the house same night and by 6:45pm the A/C is cranking. Price was totally fair. Strong rec!
I have been a client of Allstar for many years. I refer them all the time. They are honest,. knowledgeable, experienced and professional. They always have the parts to repair if necessary. They install and clean up. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service.
Have been using AllStar for a number of years. Routine maintenance / cleaning … always responsive professional tidy …. Yet, like most things we’re only really judged or appreciated when that crucial moment hits. Returning from winter escape / furnace decided to die. Obviously being late, no heat, action was needed. Within 45min Tech was at our door (sorry forgot his name) within minutes it was apparent the motor died. The Tech left my home an return within 30 minutes with the (1) remaining part in inventory. In no time we had heat. For those reading this looking for props. Let me make it simple. We were in Northern California for 5 months - the Service AllStar provided does not exist out there. What a genuine pleasure it is knowing We have a great relationship with a quality provider. An yes, we will follow Allstar advice an plan to replace our unit in the coming months. Find out for yourself ~ give’em a call (glad I did)
Chris and his crew were Rock Stars, were very knowledgeable, and installed my new PTAC unit in a very timely manner.
Alex was polite, prompt and very knowledgeable! He made suggestions for future service without pressure and was able to get our heat going with just the basic service call cost! Phew!!! Definitely doing business again with AllStar.
Their service tech Alex provided top notch service. Super knowledgeable and friendly! I was really satisfied and I would use this service again! My family and I came back from vacation and the furnace was not working, being that it was winter, we could not go without heat for very long. AllStar came out and serviced within 2 hours of my initial call. Thanks Alex!
Fantastic company. They provide quality service and don’t try to rip you off. Used them for routine cleaning and they were very professional and timely. I had an issue with my furnace month after the cleaning and they actually troubleshooted the problem with me over the phone and appears to be solved. Didn’t try to take money from me for a simple fix. Very much appreciated that and gained my trust for future work. Won’t call anyone else next time.
Alex came immediately (quicker than I even expected), and fixed my 40 year old furnace!! Since it’s it’s going down to 15 degrees tonight, in REALLY GRATEFUL!! He was even able to repair/adjust things that had been poorly done by previous repair man! Professional, respectful, skillful, patient, and very pleasant. The whole experience was a delight…and I’m warm again. When it’s time to replace my HVAC system I’ll definitely be calling Allstar!!
