Reliance Heating & Cooling air is the absolute best! I called four AC companies to come give an estimate on installing a new unit. They were the only company that was professional, on time, offered competitive pricing, and didn't make me feel like I was in a high pressure sales situation. They came on time to install and were again both knowledgeable and professional.
Took 12 minutes to try and explain to the office lady the issue and that I needed an appt. After 12 minutes of trying to just explain and her not understanding I disconnected the call.
We were beyond pleased with Reliance Heating & Cooling company. I reviewed you somewhere, but I wanted to single out the two men who did the work in our home. Seth and Sam. They were the best! Polite, professional, helpful, careful of our home, cleaned up everything before they left. We were very impressed with the whole company and everyone we came in contact with. Thank you!

Great experience with this company. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a quote on the spot and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The repairman came out and did a great job. This company took care of my HVAC equipment, and they always came out same day. Service tech's were very professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. I never felt like they overcharged me, like I did with the last company we used.

I decided to use the company to replace my mother's AC unit because they had done work for her in the past, and we were happy with their work.
I contacted Reliance Heating & Cooling for a repair on my heater. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the owner, who was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. The technician arrived promptly and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my unit, how it should be working, and gave me some tips on how to prevent future problems.
Great job by Reliance Heating & Cooling and team replacing an old, obsolete HVAC system! My condo's HVAC system was installed in the late 70s in a non-standard wayto maximize room for a wall of sliding doors. The end result is I had to find someone who could replace a unit in a 21" wide space! This team found and installed a replacement at a price, including rebuilding the HVAC closet, that was less than the price quoted by most of the other companies I contacted. And the installation teams cleaned up after themselves really well. Again, great job.
They rescheduled my appointment 3 times and at the end they said it’ll take up to a month. Don’t recommend this company at all.
The technician from Reliance Heating & Cooling was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gave me tips on how to keep the heating and cooling system clean. He demonstrated how to reset the pump and furnace by pointing out the switches. He double-checked everything to ensure it was in good working order and determined why my furnace's compressor wasn't working. I would recommend him to anyone at any time.
Highly recommended! We have seen several HVAC contractors and Reliance Heating & Cooling was far and above the most knowledgeable, thoughtful, and courteous of all. We appreciate the thoroughness with which the technician engaged all of our questions and concerns when diagnosing our problems. (And note our HVAC was installed by someone else.) professional work has our system running better than before. They will be our go-to and should be yours as well!
Reliance Heating & Cooling replaced my AC and Furnace and they did a fantastic job! The technician did a great job of helping me understand what capacities were appropriate for my house and ducting. Once we agreed on the right system, they handled everything, including the rebate paperwork. They showed up as scheduled, and went to work right away. They started in the morning and had the new system in place by noon. I was enjoying a cool house shortly after. Playing with the thermostat from my phone via wifi, is sort of a side benefit. I would and will hire them again.
My service specialist Daniel did a fine job. He was thorough and courteous. He spotted a potential problem with the wiring at the outside unit and a service call has been arranged. This is much appreciated as it probably will save a call during the height of the cooling season. I would be happy if Daniel could be assigned to service my furnace/AC in the future. I will always deal with your company for any of my service needs.
