We had Joyce Heating and Cooling respond within half an hour of our initial request. He assisted me in what we thought was a broken breaker. By the next morning it was still tripping the breaker. The technician returned that day to discover we had faulty wiring. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem within 24hours. These guys were complete gentlemen, very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. We haven’t had an issue since that day. I strongly recommend their services.
Great experience! My tenant called me in the evening to let me know the overflow drain in the basement was clogged and condensation from the AC was backed up. I called Joyce Heating and Cooling 10 minutes before they closed for the day and talked to Dave, who was extremely friendly and courteous! Thank you for the great customer service! This was a great experience and these guys will be my go-to company for any future HAVC needs!!!

I was having trouble with my AC, so I had a technician come by to look at it. He was so kind and friendly, and he didn't seem like an 'air conditioning guy' at all - he was just a genuinely nice guy. He cleaned out our vents and charged me half of what the warranty company wanted to charge me, which was great! I will be using this business in the future. Thank you guys!

The person that came out to help us was very professional and friendly. You can tell they take pride in their work! My A/C was working within 24 hours! WOOT!!

I scheduled for a technician to come out and look at my outside a/c unit. He was scheduled to come out between 2p and 5p which is a 3 hour window. So you would think that that would be a significant amount of time to make it. He called 45 minutes within the window time stating that he will be there in an hour. I ended up calling him 15 minutes before the window time was over and asked if he was still coming out. He said yes, then called about 40 minutes later asking to reschedule for tomorrow between 8a and 11a. I said ok, we can do that. So the next morning I waited until 11:05a and he never showed up or even call to let me know if he was coming or not. I then called the company and requested for a refund and canceled the service. The initial person I spoke with over the phone to schedule the service was professional to me but the person I spoke with to cancel sounded dead and didn't seem to care about the issue. Usually, companies will apologize and/or will offer you some kind of discount but that didn't happen in this situation. So since I didn't receive any service, I gave this company a 1 star.
The service and employees have always been kind and competent. We discovered the heater had been malfunctioning after a new Nest thermostat was installed when the personnel arrived to perform my routine maintenance. Before carrying out the repair, they were able to locate and resolve the issue. It's enjoyable to work with them.

Joyce Heating and Cooling is great! We used them to service our AC system, Kelly came out and was on time very friendly and great to work with. He cleared our drain line with out any issues and cleaned up after! I recommend this business to all my friends and neighbors.
