Thank you Tony. Great products. Excellent service. They took care of all the warranty paperwork which is appreciated. This is the first place I'll check in with if I need future HVAC equipment on an existing system. I'm already recommending that friends check out Jenin first when looking to replace old equipment.
Great service and great prices
Jenin Supply is the way to go. Without heat and in the middle of installing an inducer motor, I realized that I did not have an essential gasket. Desperate, I called after hours in the hopes someone would pick up the phone. Tony, the owner, told me where to buy a hi-temp sealant that would work as a gasket. I then found that the new mounting plate would not work on my furnace and that the fan was frozen to the defective motor shaft, making it impossible to remove and install the new motor. Tony cut it off and provided me with a missing grommet so I could complete to job. All a no charge. I purchased a new fan at a reasonable price. My home is now warm and cozy.
They were truly helpful on the phone. I didn't end up buying a part, but they did their best to help.

I cannot say enough great things about Tony at Jenin Supply. Over the last three days, he has spent more time than he should, helping me repair my furnace control board. He sat with me on the phone to make sure the new board would work with the old one. THEN, he sat on the phone with me and went step by step in telling me how to remove the old board and install the new one. He was very patient and even when I said that he did not have to stay on the phone with me, he said he wanted to help and stayed on the phone with me. I HIGHLY recommend Jenin Supply.
Had the furnace igniter replacement that I needed when I needed it. Pulled the old one out, popped the new one in...good to go!
Mr Tony store manager is very supportive and knowlegable, Alex the technician is very dependable and knows what he is doing the best guy in town for heating and cooling problem. I higly recommend.

Bottom line, this became my go to place for HVAC equipment. Tony is the man. Helped me out quickly and on short notice. Helped to keep our elderly cool with the recent heat waves. Their prices are reasonable and transparent. What more can I ask for. Thanks again fellas.

The guys here are outstanding. I purchased some furnace parts from them a few years back and was very happy then. Now I am faced with finding a very difficult to locate draft inducer motor. Tony and Alex checked all over the place for 24 hours and Tony finally found a compatible model at an online supplier. He encouraged me to order directly from them so I could have it tomorrow. They did ALL THE LEGWORK and didn't get a sale. Totally stand-up guys. If you want a great customer experience go see these guys.
Got something broken in your furnace? Need a part? This is this place I always count on. The gentleman Tony behind the counter always knows what I need, and has a great attitude on top of it. Whos having a good day when the furnace breaks during the winter?.. Not me.. But every time I leave this place Im smiling again...
We purchased our furnace and AC unit from this location. It was installed October 5, 2020. By December 2021 we began having intermittent issues with the heat shutting off. We had our previous equipment (with the home purchase) for 16 years prior to this new installation and did not have this issue. With this new equipment we continue to have to either call for assistance and/or troubleshoot the issue. This issue is so random: it occurs in the middle of the night while we are sleeping and throughout the day while I am working as a home daycare provider. It is not safe at all for my clients or family. My concerns will be escalated until this issue is fully resolved.
This is a great business for all your HVAC service . I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner. The service tech Tony was great. He figured the original system in my home was to large, and always caused me problems. He recommended a smaller system which is working perfect . Cannot say enough good things about this company.
Tony's a honest and vary knowledgable guy. He runs the kind of business that will keep the doors open after hours to help a customer. Jenin supply is open to the public so you don't have to be a licensed HVAC repairman to do business. I Highly Recommend Jenin supply.

Tony is the man. Came in with an issue and he was able to locate the part needed. Came home installed it. Called him up and without any issues at all helped me trouble shoot through the phone. Now that's what I call service. Price of the item was very cheap. If you guys need anything HVAC this is the place to get it.
