My car air conditioner stopped functioning, so I decided to ask these guys for help and I should say that it’s the best air conditioner service I’ve used. The tech, James, quickly did his work, having solved the problem and fixed everything, moreover he was kind and the real man of ideas! I’ll definitely call him next time in case of air conditioner repair or installation.

He was very knowledgeable and able to get us up and running swiftly! You know your AC is cold when your wife has the heat on in the summer!
Armstrong Heating Air Conditioning Repairs did a great job on my house installation, very polite. they did not hesitate to answer any of my questions regardless of how silly they may have been. for some there may be a bit of a language barrier, but they manged to get around that. out of the multitude of companies that i have gotten quotes from Armstrong Heating Air Conditioning Repairs was more affordable with a good breakdown of work covered and not covered. when i had an issue with the drain location for the AC water, Armstrong Heating Air Conditioning Repairs was happy to adjust its location at no additional charge. Would recommend them to others.
Our furnace was having problems and making extremely loud noises. I was able to get an appointment from Armstrong Heating Air Conditioning Repairs within 24 hours and the problem was resolved on the same day of service despite the fact that a part needed to be ordered. The technician was extremely professional and polite. He took time to explain the problem to me and showed me the source of the noise before and after fixing the unit. I'm very impressed and I'll use these guys again.
I called Armstrong Heating Air Conditioning Repairs because our upstairs A/C wasn't cooling. The technician took the call and scheduled the visit. He showed up and was able to diagnosis/fix the problem in no time. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. He also provided some future maintenance options in the fall which we'll definitely use this company for in the future. Highly recommended!
The customer service at this company is outstanding. I was unsure of the parts required for my boiler, called Armstrong heating air conditioning repairs and was advised their and then of what I needed by extremely pleasant and efficient staff.All items in stock and delivered to me next day. for installation I experienced very friendly efficient service, all staff were easy to deal with, kept us fully informed of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.
I booked an appointment with Armstrong and was even sent an email with "Your Job ID is #109554." I was given a window of time that the technician would arrive and was told that he would call me 1/2 hour before arriving. Because this was a rental apartment, I also gave them the name and number of my tenant. No one called me and no one called my tenant. Even worse, no one showed up at all. Even worse than that, I called back three times that afternoon as well as three times the following day. Each time I was told that, "...a message would be sent to the supervisor, who would be giving me a call...". No one ever called. The last two times I called I asked to speak to a manager and was told the same exact thing; that a supervisor would be calling me. VERY unimpressed and seeing as I own multiple residential and commercial properties, Armstrong has lost out on a lot of business. FYI, this was not a Holiday or a weekend, just a normal business day.
The service technician, was very courteous and professional. He thoroughly answered my questions. He took the time to walk me through the whole service call and I was left with the feeling that he cared about the quality of service that he was providing. AC quit cooling so I called Armstrong Heating Air Conditioning. The guys that diagnosed the system were very good at finding the problem. They had to order a part and came the very next day and installed it. The techs that came and worked on it were very courteous and professional. Will call them again if anything else goes wrong with my AC!! Great team of guys!!
Prompt response for booking and showed up on time. Both my units needed repair and they expeditiously diagnosed the issues and openly clarified the needed repairs before undertaking the work. Pricing seemed sensible, wasn’t high or low, for the work executed. Would hire them again and endorse to friends/family!!
Jeno our service person is excellent. We have a pretty challenging situation, but he’s been there for us, always polite, professional and helpful. Fast, friendly, top notch service! I would highly recommend this company. Our furnace stopped working on Saturday and Jeno showed up so quickly and told us it needed a new part. Me made the arrangements and ordered it on Monday and installed on Tuesday in less than an hour! Great experience and well worth the money. Highly recommended.
