The technician arrived within the time period expected. Very polite and personable. Inspected our Trane system inside and outside, diagnosing the problem quickly, and had the parts with them to repair. As usual we are once again glad we called Westin Air in 2012 to switch from fuel oil to a heat pump system. Thanks again !!

Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new AC unit in our house. We were so happy with the price and service that we used them to install a second unit in the mater bedroom. There was a miscommunication with the second install and we were not happy with it. We asked Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning to come back out and fix it and they did. I think that says a lot about how professional they are. Anyone can provide a product or service but it is hard to know who will stand behind their work. We will definitely use Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning again.
I had the installation of my furnace and tank less water heater completed in a day. The guys explained the maintenance and follow up needed to maintain the equipment. Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning are highly recommended!

This company is thrilling! Our unit went out unexpectedly and we thought it would break the bank getting it fixed. The company came out fast and Mike got us up and running in no time! You can tell this company cares about their clients more than their bottom line! I will never use anyone else!!
I called Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning when my furnace went out on a coldest day and they responded immediately. They sent out Mike to my house in a hurry to fix it. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to respond to my request and come get the job done. The technicians were very polite and answered any question I asked them. I can't think of any reason why we wouldn't call this company again.
We had to fix the our heater last weekend since it was our only off day with my husband and we have been on the cold for the past 3 days.We called a few companies but Nicholson Heating & Air Conditioning were the guys willing to come out the same day. Mike our technician fixed it very quickly with a reasonable price and we had our heat back. Overall we were very happy with the work done by Mike.
