I was under the impression that I had a cracked heat exchanger. (Was told that from a different company). I was worried that I would be strong armed to replace parts or the whole furnace, but Ben came out and let me know that there was no repair needed!!! I couldn't be more relieved to have someone honest to evaluate our furnace! Highly recommend! Will be referring him to family. Had a great experience.
The heat went out in our home sometime in the middle of the night. At 3am, woke up to a house below 60 degrees. I called Ben with Airco. He was out within the hour. He was polite, helpful, and most importantly got our heat working. I would definitely use them again. The fact they offer “after-hours” as well is perfect.

They offer competitive pricing, superior service and are very accommodating. Our furnace after 27 years died and we had been without heat for a few days, very happy I contacted Ben as he came out the next day to install a new furnace and AC for us. My heater broke down at 8pm on a Sunday night while the outside temp was 20 degrees. Can’t thank Ben enough for coming out to address the issue within an hour. The responsiveness and quality of service were much appreciated.
Amazing Heating & Air conditing company. Ben is an amazing guy to work with. He came out, fixed out furnace in no time and we ended up getting new furnace installed couple days later. He went above and beyond to get us the proper heating and ac solution with more than fair pricing. Highly recommend.
Had Airco out a number of years ago to repair my AC and was impressed. Fast forward a couple of years to Summer of 2020, we had an issue with our 18 year old AC unit and called Ben and his team from Airco to diagnose. Turns out it was a furnace issue (blower). After weighing the cost to repair and the age of our equipment, I made the decision to replace both the furnace and AC units. At no point did Ben steer me one way or the other and was his usual professional self. Extremely happy we replaced both units and after 2.5 years I have not had any issues. Highly recommend Ben and Airco. I've referred Ben and Airco to neighbors and they've been equally satisfied with his service and professionalism.
They are the best HVAC Co in town. I got a new furnace installed and used them for AC maintenance many times. Always very responsive and excellent work with reasonable price.
I highly recommend AirCo! I always receive a prompt response from Ben and he arrives on time to complete the service. Customer service is big in my book and AirCo is 5 stars all the way. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

I highly recommend Airco in Bolingbrook! They were on time, thorough, very professional and simply nice guys. We got a new A/C, Furnace, and Water Heater installed in one day. The price was good and the reviews for the units were all exceptional. And yes, the previous post was completely erroneous. There isn't a Marcos that works for this company. That post needs to be deleted.
Scammer, they run under 23 different names. This guy Marco is absolutely the biggest liar I've ever met, stay away from this company there's way better out there there's siphoning R22 freon out of air conditioners putting it in cans and it's no good be very careful. Very harmful to the air conditioner unit.
Ben came by in 30 minutes and got our AC up and running in less than 15. He was very professional and explained what needed repairing.

Called around 1:30am on a Saturday due to our furnace not heating the home and were able to have a technician at the house within 30 minutes! He diagnosed and solved the issue within 20 minutes. Very positive experience for new homeowners who were a bit lost! Would highly recommend
Airco responded to our request for service within an hour and a half. Ben was very polite, knowledgeable, and fixed our furnace very quickly. We were happy to have our heat back on, and at such a reasonable price.
Our furnace was only blowing cool air. My husband called Airco and he was able to get a same day appointment. Airco stated they would arrive between 3pm - 5pm, they actually arrived around 11:30ish. That was great for us. Airco was able to fix our furnace and explain to my husband what was going on. They were very professional and courteous. We would definitely use Airco again and we would highly recommend them. Thank you so much Airco!!
Quick and responsive on the phone scheduling the AC repair, and he showed up exactly on time to recharge and seal my AC. AC has been running fine since.
