They replaced our air conditioner that year as well! We had an older model that required some maintenance, but we didn't want to spend the money to replace everything at once, so that was excellent. For us, everything was simple and painless, and we really enjoyed dealing with them!

I phoned Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning company when my heat failed in the frigid temperatures, and they dispatched a service representative within an hour to repair my heating system. He even discovered a defective heat exchanger that I had ignored and a few days later, they fixed it in accordance with the same service agreement. Fantastic and swift service!
Made appt. No call back no show I called after time frame and they said someone will eventually call. Very unprofessional so t waste your time
George was incredibly professional and explained everything he was doing to us! He fixed the problem quickly and went above and beyond checking everything on the system to ensure he identified the correct cause. He also taught us what needed to be done to maintain our systems. The Technicians came to my home to perform an A/C tuneup. They did an excellent job and were both very thorough, true professionals and completely explained the checks they were performing and the results. My heating was not working and we called Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning. Greg came out same day and analyzed our system and provided HVAC Tune Up and got the furnace working again. He also explained why duct cleaning would help improve our system. He explained technical information about our HVAC system in a very simple language and without up-selling anything. Overall, a great experience; would highly recommend.
Greg was very helpful, genuine, honest, thorough and informative. He diagnosed my furnace and went out of his way to show me the other problems with our AC as well. He found the problem with the furnace in a matter of minutes and fixed it. So grateful that my house will be cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
