Ordered heat pump & accessories. They say it shipped , however carrier has no record of it . About to call my credit card company to stop payment. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering !

I ordered a 5 unit LG Split System from AC Wholesalers. Due to poor manuals from LG, the install damaged the head unit control cards. Even though LG said it was not a warrantee issue, AC Wholesalers replaced all the cards at no cost. I was very impressed by their help and customer service. I would definitely order from them again.

The guy never did deliver. He called me and wanted to meet so he didn't have to drive in here and deliver to me. He asked me to meet him about 1/2 mile from my house, I agreed and waited 20 minutes and he didn't show up. Then he called and wanted to meet him at another location, 7 miles from my house. I wanted my product so I agreed and he was there and I accepted the package. Some delivery service!!

Before ordering, you might want to take a look at the physical location. It's not even the correct business located at the address. Where the listed location is a auto glass replacement company. At the very end of the building is Ferguson Hvac. Do not order from a company if there is not a brick an mortar location. I've learned this the hard way.

Not bad "service," considering supply chain issues in 2021-2022. Much better than my local heater repair people. They couldn't even locate the part needed (Williams fan assembly). On the other hand, it has been 5 months since I ordered it. Now (tomorrow) to see if it's the right part (looks like it is) and if the locals can install it w/o incident. Your guys manning the phone lines were very good/helpful/encouraging.

Delivery schedule was changed for a couple of times, but I got updated information every time. I just didn't know the size of packages, so I wondered if I should move my car from the garage or ...? If I had the package size, that would be better.

Really? You left two pallets on the street. One pallet is broken and one box has a big hole in it. Are you kidding? Is your carrier (R&L carriers) a work program for the developmentally disabled? In 20 years every delivery has at least driven down the driveway. Had I not seen this mess, these units would've been hit by a car or stolen. Standby, I can only imagine this equipment is also broken considering the condition of the pallets. If you need more pictures I'm happy to supply.

I placed an order on December 29th 2021 for a ductless LG HVAC system, and the items have still not shipped. They are blaming shipping delays as the cause, however all the items are in-stock according to their website and their call center. Over 1 month to ship out "in-stock" items is not great service. They informed me today (33 days after placing my order) that the items haven't been pulled yet, however the last 2 customer service members stated it has been. No one here can give you a straight answer on when the order will ship and just tells you to "Wait". If I was in the market for anything HVAC related, I wouldn't look at AC Warehouse for anything!

LOL You must remember never to purchase stuff after midnight when you're tired. I found what I thought I was looking for, I paid, got email receipt. Next morning when I looked at the email, I realized I ordered wrong. Then I called and spoke with Brian, he canceled the wrong part and wrote a new order for the correct part, I paid the difference and now I got confirmation of it being ship. Very nice people to deal with, fast and easy.

Ordered two parts over $1500. They immediately shipped the cheap part I could have bought at Walmart but not the heater I need soonest. Yet they get all excited about how well they are doing. JFC folks; childish. Update: This is a bait and switch company, Web site at time of order shipping was 1 to 3 Business Days with a projected delivery on Jan. 11. I received the thermostat today. NOW, shipping for the heater is tentatively scheduled TO SHIP on Jan. 11 with no projection on a possible delivery date. Looks like it will be spring before I get heat back on in the shop. ACW can KMA.

These folks nailed it. I was fully aware is was ordering a backordered item (Modine 75K Hot Dawg) but the pricing was good as was shipping. They kept me informed of delays and updated delivery. With the tracking information provided I was able to see that my heater arrived at the local R&L depot. Instead of waiting 48 hours for the lift gate truck I went and picked it up!
