Buying a new furnace/AC is scary and it is a huge amount of money. I have used Pruitt for a few years, ever since they delivered and installed the dishwasher I bought at Lowe's. I was so impressed with how the dishwasher was installed in my little old house with uneven floors that I called them when my AC wasn't working a few years ago. Back then I was told I needed a new AC but we were able to make it hang on for a few years. This month it finally gave up. I was glad I had Joe to call. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. I deal with a lot of vendors in my job and I can tell you it is hard to find a company who delivers in any way. Pruitt really cares!! There is a real person who answers the phone. If it goes to voicemail someone returns your call promptly. All emails and texts are answered right away too. No matter how silly my questions I was never made to feel stupid. Every person from Pruitt who worked on my home was nice and professional. My new AC is blowing cold air and I need a big blanket and I am not sorry about that! I feel if something were to go wrong it would be fixed right away. I would not hesitate to recommend Pruitt Mechanical Services to anyone and everyone. They exceed all expectations. Thank you everyone at Pruitt for a wonderful experience!

I had Joe and his very professional crew replace HVAC units in two homes. They were professional, courteous, and efficient in that work. I would highly recommend their services. They mean what they say and say what they mean.
I needed a quick repair on my air conditioner Saturday morning before having a good amount of people over that afternoon. Joe came out on time and within a short period of time had me up and running again. He was very informative and easy to work with and talk to.
I highly recommend the whole crew was polite and professional Installed new air conditioner furnace and water heater, cleaned out all my ductwork. Very satisfied. It has been six weeks or more since this work was done and loving the ac. It doesn’t run as much and really keeps my house cool. Thanks Joe and team. Couldn’t be more pleased.
I’ve been using Pruitt Mechanic’s for a year now and I don’t have any complaints. I started using them for my HVAC system and now I use them for a little bit of everything, kind of like a handyman service. I am a first time homeowner and I use them for everything. My favorite part of using this company is there’s always someone who answers the phone even after business hours. I would definitely recommend Pruitt Mechanic.
I am a very nervous person when it comes to making big purchases like replacing my HAVC system and hot water heater at the same time. All my questions were answered and they helped put my mind at ease. All employees are polite and did great work! I will be using Pruitt Mechanical Services again and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done!
Pruitt Mechanical is a great company to use for Heating and Cooling installations, 100A service installs, and even window replacement. I have had Pruitt Mechanical install at least 6 new furnaces, cleaned A-Coil once, a new central air install, 4 replacement windows, and two new 100A electrical service installs for my rental business. I would highly recommend Pruitt Mechanical for items I had performed for me above, and I will use again when the need arises.
This company went above and beyond our expectations and provided great service when replacing our furnace and AC units. They showed up on time, even added a shut off valve for the furnace gas for the future so that if it is needed to do any repairs we nonlongwr have to shut off the gas main for the whole house. Also, they checked in multiple times to give updates and even surprised me by changing out our thermostat with a nice new one. That was part of their service but I can say it was not something I just thought they would do for us and I am grateful. Also they left paperwork in very convient placement so I can easily access it if needed.

Pruitt did a great job cleaning our air ducts and they also were able to give us a bid for fixing an electrical issue we were having. They were on time, respectful of our home, and communicated efficiently and promptly whenever we had a question.
Finally found a great service to replace the plugs, outlet and timer for my pool. They were able to find the timer and get the work done within a week of the estimate (free estimate) Service guys were polite, professional - knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend!!
