10/10 will use his service again!!! He is very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. He fixed our air in like 30 minutes and did extra service to make sure we knew what we were doing to keep our unit working well. Great guy!!!
Professional- Friendly- Honest
So it was only a clogged drain hose, but they were great. Professional and polite. Since they were already here, they also did some minor maintenance that corrected the previous installer's shortcomings. And the bill was totally reasonable! 5 stars, we will call them next time (hopefully there's no next time).
Matt replaced our ac, heater and our water heater. Anytime we have had an issue, Newton was able to get out to us asap and resolve our issue. Will recommend them always!
Newton was at my home in less than 24 hours after contacting them about my A/C unit no longer blowing cold air. When the technicians' arrived they introduced themselves, confirmed with me what my issue was, and immediately began to work on the problem. Within 30 minutes of their arrival, my A/C is working and they have explained what the issue was, showed me where the problem had resided, replaced the broken part with an OEM part, and cleaned the unit! I would recommend this service to anyone looking for HVAC work being done on their home. 5 stars, 10/10, however you want to say it, Newton will be my very first call for any HVAC issue I have in the future.

Matt and his team replaced our water heater, furnace, and air conditioning. They always showed up on time and answered any questions that I had. I won't use another hvac service so long as they are in business.

Came home from vacation to no air conditioning. Matt was kind enough to come out on Father’s Day and replace the capacitor. Newton always provides great service. Great business and great people.

Newton was recommended to us by a couple of our friends. We met with Matt on Thursday and by the following Monday morning a new AC unit and A coil were installed and up and running. Calling anyone else would be a mistake. I called Matt a couple years ago to have him look at my furnace. It was old and I expected to have to buy a new one, but within a few minutes and for only a few dollars he had it running again. He acknowledged it wouldn’t last forever but it had probably a couple years before it needed complete replacement. It’s hard to find people this honest and good at what they do. So a couple days ago the furnace went out again and I called again. When looking at repair costs vs replacement it made more sense this time around to put a new one in. Matt came out and did an outstanding job and for far less than I would have expected. I won’t ever call another HVAC service and you shouldn’t either.

I would have to say the BEST when it comes to service and professionalism. Their labor rate is the best I have ever seen, always is accurate with the issue, and never sells you on what you don't need. Shows up when he says he will, in and out very quickly.
