Install new furnace and air conditioner. So far so good.
Excellent technician with exceptional customer service! He came and helped decipher the mess the technician that Choice Warranty sent left for a more than fair price. I'll definitely be utilizing for all future issues.
Trevor and Brandon from half price heating replaced our AC about 4 years ago and we have had them service the furnace and AC since then. They are very affordable and knowledgeable. Trevor explains what's needed to get the furnace or AC working properly. They are on time, arriving within the window of time given and they get the job done in a timely manner. They are friendly, easy to talk to and answer any questions we might have. I highly recommend them .
I was having A/C issues. I found Trevor and his business and called him after reading the reviews. He and his son arrived on time, diagnosed it quickly and got us fixed up. Very good prices for the work performed. Saved his number and will definitely be using him in the future.
Trevor is a good guy. He tells it how it is. I had some messed up wiring and he worked on it for an hour trying to make it right. But he didn't give up and got my air conditioner running again. I would 100 percent call him back to work on my heating and air.
They were very professional and helpful. They came out quickly and had a new furnace installed the next day.
A gigantic thank you to Half Price Heating & Air for replacing my 20 year old furnace today. Trevor and Brandon went to great lengths to make sure that the installation was flawless, that I understood how to use my new Nest thermostat and they stayed until my house was toasty warm, just to verify that everything was working correctly. While they were removing the old furnace they found three cracks on the backside that could have leaked carbon monoxide into the house.
With this company you get what you pay for , they came and put in our new ac unit but the problem is that they cut wires on our furnace that should have never been cut the guy who did it should not be out there doing this he had to keep calling someone named keith on how to fix it but when this guy showed up he was no better we had to go to another company to have them fix all the problems this guy caused

I highly recommend Half Price Heating and Air. Trevor was a great guy! Very knowledgeable, on time, reliable, and fast response time, even on the weekends. glad to know there’s a 24 hour guy near by that we could trust to get the job done right! Trevor is very straightforward and tells you how it is. Even took the time to explain the system to me and the things that I could be doing on my own to keep up the maintenance. By far the best prices around Belvidere area. If we get a new furnace this summer definitely calling Trevor!

I have used Trevor twice and will use him always. He is knowledgeable, returns calls quickly and comes when he says he will. He replaced my furnace and installed a better more efficient unit. I am very satisfied with his work. He's polite and respectful also.
We first found out about half price heating & cooling during the Boone County Fair, Summer of 2019. While interested, we didn't have a need right then but just two months later we did. Our 1994 furnace transformer and motherboard burned up. Due to its age and our AC units age, we had both replaced. We called around to compare prices and not surprising, nobody else could come close to it. Thank you!
