Fleming was at my house within 2 hours from my initial call. They found the issue within 10 minutes of being here and had it fixed in less than an hour. Great job and quick response

We had our Heating and Air Conditioning units installed in 2010. Our AC stopped working technician came out today it was the control module panel. Well Fleming’s registered the parts and it was still under warranty through the manufacture saving us well over $500. As it had a 10 year warranty!! Thank you Fleming’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
One star is too high for the service they provided. Called them in september to clean the furnace. A couple months later they finally showed up. And told me everyone needs to leave your lives are in danger. And I needed to buy a new furnace. After pressing him, a piece of putty solved the whole problem. And I should be good for a few months. Worst service i've ever received.

Was pleased Fleming AC tech could come out same day to check our AC. Vince was very professional and kind, talking me through everything he was doing. Was able to fix our AC problem which we were more than thrilled about! Thank you!
We met Flemming Heating and Cooling at the home show and we're glad to here they were local in Belvidere. We got a clean and check and then also had to have them out for another maintenance situation. Both technicians that were sent we're knowledge, friendly, and helpful. They explained things easily for us to understand. We will be using them in the future and recommend them.
DO NOT CALL THEM! PLEASE READ! Fleming came out last July after our AC stopped working. Besides some basic troubleshooting, the technician decided to unnecessarily pump 3.34lbs of R22 refrigerant into our unit (3.34lbs X $70 = $245!). 3.34 freaking pounds! Our unit only holds 4lbs and was just working the day before. Even I know that the system can’t run on 0.6 pounds, and there was no way it just all vanished from the day before. He told me it was still restricted and that they would try to look for a new piston. After I had not heard from them for 3 or 4 days during the hottest stretch of the summer, I decided to call them and was assured that they were looking for the part. After a few more days of no updates, I called them again and was told the same thing. Very frustrated at this point, I then called my friend who works for a HVAC company in another county and he found the part in 15 minutes! I then called a third time and even gave them the part number myself. Meanwhile, Fleming was trying to sell me on a completely new unit. After another few days of no response, I had had enough and I decided to call another company who cleared the restriction, did an amazing job, and fixed my issues the next day!. They told me that Fleming overcharged my system by 2lbs and 11oz (2.69 x $70 = $188 of wasted money) and put our system at a SEVERE risk. They also told me that Fleming should have only put a little bit of refrigerant (half a pound max) to see if the pressures changed, not 3.34lbs! I thought the same exact thing and I have no experience in this industry. I called the manager of the Belvidere location and questioned them on this and he was very RUDE and treated me poorly - calling me out for questioning them when indeed I exactly right - as confirmed by my friend and the company that got the job done right. We had you guys come out today to take a look at our AC today as it isn't working and we've been melting in this heat! The gentleman that came out was incredibly nice and honest! Although he recommended that we get a new unit he understood that with my cancer treatments and my daughter's upcoming wedding that is just not financially possible right now. He did what he needed to do and fixed it so that we might get another couple years out of it. I am extremely grateful to you and your company! It's refreshing to know there are still honest people in the world. Rest assured that when it does come time to get a new air conditioner we will be using your services again!
