Professional,came out to fix my air fast.
Everyone involved from salesman (Craig), the installers (Tom,& Jacob), and Lindsay scheduling, were all outstanding, friendly, and professional. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.
Due to very high electric bill I contacted Sigman to see if they could help make recommendations on what needed to be done to lower the monthly costs. I wish I had contacted them sooner! Craig came to do an inspection. He took his time, was very thorough and pinpointed what needed done. He was on time, polite and followed up to make sure all was ok. His crew was able to install and haul away my old equipment and did the job sooner than I expected. They all worked well together to do a fantastic job. Needless to say, my electric bill dropped significantly and I regret not contacting them sooner. I highly recommend Sigman!
Technician (Jake) had a small oversight which flooded my basement. No recourse so far other than an “oops sorry” text
I have used Sigman a couple times now and each time they were amazing! They fixed a gas leak and install my new furnace! Very knowledgeable and professional! They were on time and made sure everything was working! They will be the only company I call for any future service!

Outstanding company and top quality work at reasonable rates. The HVAC techs are very knowledgeable and well trained. I've been using Sigman for over 20 years, and they're very honest and straight shooters. One more thought: Sigman doesn't pay commissions to its technicians to try to sell you additional services/products that you don't need, unlike nearly every other local HVAC company. If they say you need a part replaced or work done, you can trust what they say, and they're not going to try to sell you duct cleaning for $2467 (which a different HVAC company did to a retired client of mine = rip-off).
My brother was having issues with his HVAC system. Called to inquire about a the HVAC problem. They were very helpful and answered my questions. Between talking to them and my brother, he called them to service his unit. It was Friday evening when a service tech arrived. He just jumped in and found the problem, fixed the problem, tested systems operation.....all was good 👍. He did a good job, was quick and seemed to charge a fair price. So all in all very happy with Sigman Heating and Cooling.
I would highly recommend Sigman Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. They are an honest company that does quality work. They are on time and will do anything in their power to make sure that you are taken care of. I want to thank everyone at Sigman Heating and Air Conditioning for all of their hard work keeping our units running. You ALL are Rock Stars!

It's great to find a contractor that calls when they say they're going to call, shows up when they say they're going to show up and does a professional job! On time, reliable, and professional! We just had them install a new AC unit. Highly recommend!
Bob, Jake, Johnathan and Jerry were fantastic and very professional I can't believe they got the work done in one day. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and when done walked me through the new system. I will recommend Sigman to all my family and friends.

Can't say enough good about my initial phone call to Sigman and the service technician arriving at my daughter's home. Rather than trying to replace items that were iffy he chose to repair/fix and save my daughter some hard to come by cash. Her service tech was very helpful, polite and informed my wife exactly what was wrong and what he can do. Very thankful for good old hometown businesses like Sigman support these guys and businesses like them. We need them
Been using Sigman for years for heat and a/c service. Great service
These guys were extremely responsive as our current furnace had stopped working and needed to be replaced. They came the same day we called and gave us an estimate. Then returned the next day to complete the installation. The service technicians were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up the work area afterward.
