Performed a furnace and AC checkup after calling about furnace codes. Received more assistance than expected - researched codes, timely return phone call , explained impact of codes, and scheduled a timely technician appointment. Always receive outstanding service from this company.
Archway Cooling & Heating of Belleville Illinois is always extremely responsive, professional, and timely. Notwithstanding their expertise and direct honest/fair operational support, the entire staff is well above all of the Metro East HVAC competitors in Southern Illinois. They are truly outstanding!! I have always depended on Archway Cooling & Heating for my Geo-thermal needs after 2012 installation. Since installation, they have provided routine maintenance on my Climatemaster Tranquility 6 ton system and they are truly the experts for Geo-thermal issues. I noticed that my fan motor was not running and it was very hot. I disconnected the power and called Archway. The answering service notified the technician and he called me back 3 minutes later. In about half an hour he was diagnosing the unit and had it fixed within 5 minutes. I didn’t think anyone would be that responsive and I’m glad I bought my unit from archway.
Easy to work with, squeezed me in to an already busy schedule, and got it fixed.
Showed on time, and got me going in a matter of hours. Complete system removal of old one, and installation of new one. Courteous, trustworthy and efficient.
Heat pump quit working, Brandon came out and very quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. He replaced the capacitor, and all is well. I highly recommend based on this experience.
They are my go to hvac company. I have been with them for more than 20 years. I have never been disappointed. They stand by their work. Also it it a family owned business.

We have used the services of Archway Cooling and Heating since 2007 and had them replace our cooling and heating systems in 2020. We have been extremely happy with their guidance in choosing those systems. Since 2007, they have been reliable, and have provided excellent service. They are always courteous (Hello, Mark and Brandon, along with Mike, the owner!). We highly recommend this company.

Great people. Didn't price gouge me like some other companies in the area. I needed service in a pinch when I lost A/C and they came out promptly and provided excellent service. They charged me fair market value and were well under the quotes I got from SEVERAL other companies for the same work. They cleaned up when they were done, ensured their work was done correctly and the issues were fixed and the customer service I received was top notch. I Don't leave reviews often but Archway was exactly wat I look for in a company I want to so business with. Personable, fair, honest, quality work with affordable rates. Thank you.
Very kind straight forward people, very good communication back and forth. They have access to the highest quality brands and equipment, service technicians have been there for quite some time, no chance they will send a new guy off the street to you're home. You get the best of the best every visit.. Sales rep is very knowledgeable! Sweet lady. Install was fast and seemless, no left over debris or screws, all joints are professionally sealed and routed properly. Very clean installation. The Techs will also take the time to explain to you have everything works.. what to do and not to do.. Very professional and kind hearted individuals. You definitely get that "family" business feel with this company. Will definitely recommend and use again
I appreciated the advice from Karen on which split units to install in my 2-story Country Barn. The installation team was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. They offered future suggestions for another split unit on my garage. Great job by all!!
