Joe is always willing to come out any time I need him and very professional! He is able to fix any appliances I’ve had issues with. He always finds me the cheapest route and is honest about what needs done or what I can wait on. I won’t go anywhere else! He’s worth waiting on if there’s no time in his schedule for me
Used Joe for years! Was doing me right. Sold me maintenance contract on my rentals. Ever since he took 850.00 for another job. Can't get ahold of him. Several calls made. No call no show. So basically yes. I got ripped off. Do not give him any money! If he would do this to a long time client. Why wouldn't he do it to you. Total out a couple of grand. Great con Joe Daniel's!!!

Very professional work. They fixed my refrigerator and dishwasher and have been the ones to maintain my heating and cooling system for years now.
After the last 15 years they have fixed my refrigerator my dryer and maintained my air conditioner and my furnace every season and they know more than most people do, they very good at what they do.

Called for my father-in-law for his washer. Tech came out the next day, looked at the washer, wrote out an estimate of needed parts, charged a $65 service call, told my father-in-law the parts needed to be ordered. He stopped returning my father-in-law's calls asking for an update. 2 weeks passed and still never came back or called. My father-in-law wound up buying a new washer from a different dealer.
Joe came out to my brother in laws home to look at his washer machine. After charging for a service call, Joe stated he had to order parts. A week later he called Joe and Joe said parts on back order. Two weeks later Joe was called and no answer without a return call. Three weeks later I reached out to Joe and he stated still waiting on parts ,specifically a bearing. I asked Joe if he could get the bearing some place else for this elderly man can not wait any longer for this repair, otherwise he word contact another repair company. Joe said he would be out Monday morning at 9 am. On Monday it was a no call..no show..and did not answer any calls. I highly do not recommend Abe's unless you want to waste your time and money. Today is Wednesday and still no call from Joe or Abe's.
Called Abe's and Joe arrived to quickly and professionally take care of the problem with my dryer. He hard-piped the vent, put a thermal fuse in and and found another cut-off that had tripped, all at a very reasonable price. The dryer heats faster and more efficiently than it did before,extremely pleased!
My LG dryer was not heating. No one had an opening for at least 4 days. I called Abe's and the call was answered immediately. Joe was at my home 30 minutes after we spoke on the phone. He quickly diagnosed the issue. He then worked quickly & efficiently to fix it. Joe was very personable and easy to communicate with. His work is reasonably priced. I will certainly use Abe's again if the need arises. I recommend the same to anyone who needs repairs. Joe, if you see this, I appreciate you.
Dryer would not heat anymore. Abe's was very quick in getting out to repair! Checked and discovered major lint buildup on the inside "component area" that cause the high temperature sensor to trip off. They could have just told me that it needed a new breaker, heating element, etc. and then charge me much more! Crossing fingers that it continues to work! Definitely recommend this repair service!
They did my ac. They were fast and reasonable. Always answers the phone right away. I trusted him after that About a month later I put my trust in him to change a water heater and he charged me 1600 dollars. Do not trust this guy he is a swindler. He takes advantage of people. Oh and he's been doing it for 35 years he'll tell you. 40 gallon electric water heater swap out. 400 dollar unit. Charged 1600 dollars! Never getting my business or anyone I know. They were there 4 hours.
