Lisa, Riley and Albert were our fantastic team yesterday. Together they coordinated a difficult repair to our AC system. Albert worked tirelessly and professionally until the job was done. I've used this company for 20 years and have never had anything but exceptional service. Highly recommend.
Lay up of a diagnosis for technician and somehow was still charged an extra 15 minutes. Should of been charged only the half hour

Professional, responsive, and honest. Forget the big tv ad guys. Go local with guys who CARE that your job is done right, and honest enough to tell you what's wrong and what isn't. No hard sell. we needed a new air cond. system and I could not be happier with the whole process from the estimate to installation (thanks Casey & Brogan) IF anything should go wrong- I feel reassured that they are local, and they want to keep their happy customers (& referrals) Do not hesitate to use Modern heating.
Modern Heating has always provided great service. They are polite, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Bryan and Riley were out this morning for my annual Gold Star checkup. Great job guys!

Jeremy, Casey, and Albert call coordinated their efforts in getting our new furnace and air conditioner installation. They did this on time and at a very good cost. I’ve used Modern Heating for many years for cleaning our systems and have been very pleased. So going to them for this was a very easy choice and I’m very happy with Modern Heating.

Today, Modern Heating installed a new AC, replacing a unit they installed when our home was built and they had maintained for 23 years. Albert, Casey, and Bryan did a great job. Modern Heating Co. was recommended to me by my neighbor when my AC unit failed, they have been using Modern for years. I called the company in the morning on a Monday and they had someone out the same day. The tech, Bryan, was very professional, informative, and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately I need a new unit as the one I had reached the end of life. But the very next day they had an estimator, Jeremy, out to give me all of my options. He too was very professional and informative. They got me into their schedule quickly, so I will have my new unit before the really hot weather hits. Literally got the issue diagnosed, new unit picked out, and will have the new one installed all in the same week! Lisa who I have talked to over the phone is super nice too! They also have a maintenance program/package which I think is great - nice reminder as a homeowner not to neglect the heating and ac units, so make sure to look into that! Highly recommend the company, every person I encounter truly seems to care! 6/10/23 I had to come do an update on my review as Bryan and Felipe were out today to replace my AC unit. Another amazing encounter!!! They were punctual, polite as always, educated me on the work they did (which I appreciate so much), and completed in a timely manner. I love that everyone is so down to earth, respectful, and genuine. Most importantly, as a single person household, I felt extremely comfortable with each of them in my home. Oh and another thing - I love their system. You receive updates for arrival via text and call as well as an email for each scheduled visit with a summary and your tech’s name(s) so you know ahead of time who to expect.THANK YOU Bryan, Jeremy, Felipe, and Lisa! Y’all rock! I am very impressed with Modern and highly recommend them to anyone!
Very educational before the visit so I understood what different terms processes meant. Serviced and explained possible future issues that me arise.
Albert and Casey were both friendly, polite and professional. They replaced our A/C system making changes to drain and vent plumbing to improve functionality and esthetics.
Bryan was very courteous and friendly, and informative. Also very professional. Price was reasonable. I would use Modern Heating again and would recommend you to my friends and family.
I have used Modern Heating for all of my HVAC needs for 35 years. Honest, knowledgeable, reliable and competitively priced. Brian has done our A/C tune-up the last two years. Brian is extremely cordial and thorough. Completely cleaned the unit inside. Would recommend Modern Heating to anyone.

Our AC went out last week when temperatures were at their highest. We called Modern Heating for a repair and they tested and accurately diagnosed the issue within the first visit. Unfortunately, our fan motor is not typically stocked, but was only one day away. After referencing our account history, Lisa knew this part was covered under warranty - she's the best! Also, Bryan and Alex did a great job of diagnosing and repairing the AC. The were fast, knowledgeable and professional - great guys. Thanks Lisa, Bryan and Alex!
