We signed up for their yearly service maintenance contract. Gustavo was very professional and detailed with his work. He performed a summer A/C tune up and will be back for a furnace tune up later in the year. Joe was our technician and did the repairs. He was very polite and showed me what was done. He also took the time to explain my thermostat better to me. This company was very prompt had to order a part and Joe was back here to fix it the next day. Thank you Joe One problem I do have is getting my billing and receipt statements. I asked Joe, I’ve emailed the company and called the answering service and asked for one still no response. My repair was done a day or two ago. I would have thought I’d get my statement on that day.
