We’ve had two AC units replaced, two furnaces replaced, and an AC mini split installed in our garage and we wouldn’t even consider calling anyone but state automatic. They make your problems a priority. I’ve never had to wait longer than 2 days for someone to come over and help fix and issue and I’ve never been oversold on something we didn’t need. The customer service is fantastic from every single person at state automatic. They do it right, fast, for the best price and with a smile. We will never go anywhere else. Life time customers. State Automatic is our go-to provider of HVAC services, and we have used them extensively in the remodel of a house we purchased with an extensive infrastructure. At this point, they have replaced two furnaces, two humidifiers, a boiler and a couple of zoning damper motors, and our experience has been consistently stellar. State is extremely responsive, trustworthy, conscientious, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
Bob and the whole team at State Automatic were extremely helpful in installing a new furnace when our previous one (from a different company) unexpectedly needed to be replaced. They gave us a great price and installed the furnace quickly. Then, when I had questions about the furnace a few days after installation they graciously answered all my questions when I called. Can't recommend them enough.
We have used State Automatic for 20+ years and are never disappointed. Most recently our water heater went out and less than 2 hours later it was already being replaced. Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Our "go to" for any of the services that they can provide. Highly recommended!
House built twenty yrs ago and this was the company that installed hvac initially, used them for service and maintenance, when furnace acted up they were very responsive, sent tech out without hesitation and repaired as necessary, when furnace stopped working they came out assessed and recommended replacement which I agreed with being 20 yr old unit, they got old furnace working but just enough to heat house temporarily, they came out within a few days to install new furnace and ac unit, mind you the was the onset of winter, install went as expected no issues very professional, hvac works great, they also installed a furnace in my garage a few yrs ago and that was done in a day also, Bob has been great to work with as the rest of the employees Highly recommend them for all Hvac issues

Booked a service appointment through State's registration with Carrier as an "Award Winner" service provider. Received notice from State without explanation that the appointment was canceled, and my subsequent request to reschedule has gone unanswered. Follow up to business response: None of your email replies were received, either in inbox or junk mail folders, and no response to the texts was received.

State Automatic is outstanding! We had them replace our furnace and air conditioner. We were very impressed with the whole process, from the folks that answer the phone, to the salesperson who came out and gave the quote to the men who installed the system. They are honest, knowledgeable, professional, respectful folks. We were so happy with the whole process and very happy we went with this company. We HIGHLY recommend them. In a year when our two furnaces and two A/C units needed replacements, it was time, our two water heaters also died within a week, and our clothes washer and central vac unit all died at about the same time. The one positive of this series of events was working with Bob Gates and Josh at State Automatic Heating and Cooling. Bob took great care to do a complete analysis of our house and to design the perfect systems for our needs including some minor ductwork modifications. Bob spec'd Carrier Infinity furnaces and A/C units, humidifiers, electronic air cleaners, and WIFI thermostats with Alexa. Josh and his team oversaw the installation. We have a finished basement. Josh took great care to do a “white glove” install protecting our furniture and rugs. My utility room never looked better. Everything works perfectly as promised. State Automatic is a local and reliable family owned business with competitive pricing and excellent service. Bob even helped us obtain all available rebates and promotions. Our 30 year old house is now more comfortable in both heating season and in A/C season, the air is cleaner, and we have a significant reduction in dust. I called and same day they came out and fixed our AC. The Repair man was very polite and helpful with everything.
We recently had a complete system installed by State Automatic including furnace, AC, humidifier, thermostat and ductwork revisions after obtaining several quotes. Their work exceeded my expectations, and their attention to all details were exemplary.
