I could not be happier with Comfort Care. New furnace and a/c installed last week. Brian and Mike did an Awesome job. New units are working absolutely Great!..…..I have used Comfort Care for years and I have NEVER had a problem with their services or quality of care! Thank You Very Much!

The guys at Comfort Care are awesome. They installed both a replacement A/C and furnace. Their work was meticulous. They arrived on time and were respectful of my home. I watched them work and they were kind enough to answer my stupid questions. These guys are pros!

Brian and Mike installed both of our new units professionally and timely. They left the work site neater than it was! I will be referring them to anyone that asks if we know a good HVAC company.
I needed a new AC unit as ours had died. Based upon a family recommendation I called ComfortCare. Brian and team were able to get us up and running with a new, highly efficient heat pump and furnace. Pricing was very attractive compared to less efficient, more traditional units after rebates and the new tax credits. Thanks again for squeezing us in before the summer heat returned! I am looking forward to lower utility bills.
Bruce Harps and John Ramano were very professional and a delight to work with.....my AC Unit is over 20 years old - they did the AC check and when needed I plan on using them for a new higher efficiency unit. Thank you for the fantastic service. Much appreciated. Kristin
Fantastic customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast repair. They leveled our unit and gave us information on the unit as well. We will definitely call them again if we need additional repairs or replacement. Highly Recommend.
Ordered an air conditioner because I thought ours was bad and they came with a new one and found that it was working fine. So many companies would have just replaced it and took my money. Thank you so much for your professionalism! I would use these guys again! Professional and honest!!
Purchased new A/C and Heating Unit. Mike and Brian installed both units in a timely manner. They were not only respectful and professional but knowledgeable and friendly. Great company and great people. Highly recommend!
Not too often you see a company with 5 stars, but it makes sense - called with an issue at 8am, fixed by 930. Professional and friendly staff.
Comfort Care was able to install the furnace very quickly which was great because there was no heat on a very cold day.
Brian and the team were very helpful and installed my new furnace the next day. They were quick, friendly and clean. I will use them this Spring to maintain my air conditioner.
Came out quickly to replace my furnace when it went out. They discovered I had the wrong size furnace installed and took the time to find a replacement of the correct size and still got it installed that afternoon. Also went further and fixed some additional problems while there. Very professional, answered all my questions and made sure everything was done the right way. I would highly recommend.
Always responsive, always professional! Comfort Care is there when needed the most. I'm an annual maintenance customer. They were at my home within hours, got my 26 year old furnace working, and replaced it during the coldest days of the year. Great service and quality work - appreciated!
My furnace is only 2 yrs old. Had problems with heat going out often. Company that installed could never fix it. Brian n Mike came out and knew right away what was wrong by listening to pipes and sputtering flame. Exhaust was pitched wrong n water was building up in pipes preventing exhaust from escaping n overheating. They fixed the pipe, emptied the water., cleaned everything up to the way they found it. They are going to be my go to HVAC company after using the same one for over 30 yrs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a GREAT job.

SO grateful to have found Comfort Care! Our furnace was going in and out, we had one company tell us their soonest was 2 weeks, another company had to come out twice to tell us what might be wrong and quoted us an unreasonable amount to replace the furnace. Comfort Care was at our home within 3 hours of my call, determined the issues instantly and quoted us a great price on a new furnace. Brian and Mike were back out the next morning installing it and reconfiguring our duct work to be properly functional. We could not be happier with their work, their communication and our new furnace. We will be using Comfort Care forever moving forward and highly, highly recommend them!!
First time using Comfort Care and I cannot say enough great things about this company. I called around 2pm and had a tech onsite within an hour or so. Not sure if that is normal but since our furnace was not working it was awesome to have. The tech was amazing that came out. Very knowledgeable and professional. He explained things very thoroughly. The service charge was very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend and will use them moving forward for all my HVAC needs.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Comfort Care in Batavia. In November 2022, we did an annual inspection of our furnace and the heat exchangers were cracked and at risk of leaking carbon monoxide. Brian and Mike at Comfort Care did an incredible job. (1) They talked to us about our issue, (2) gave us multiple options (repair vs. replace) on how to proceed, (3) walked us through the entire process and (4) answered every question we had in detail making us feel very comfortable! And, they offered us the best price with the best quality equipment. They are trustworthy, dependable, on-time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Their installation work was impeccable! You could not even tell they were here when they finished because they cleaned as they went and disposed of everything in the process.
