Untrained technician from Best Option HVAC Inc. could not refill coolant in my AC unit, claimed that my compressor needs to be replaced or better yet, the entire AC unit. Charged me for a trip and one hour of work. Had another HVAC tech come and he replaced the coolant without any problem. Be careful with this business, may want to add unnecessary cost when you need repair or may want to replace the air conditioner when you do not need it. When you use Best Option HVAC, always ask for a second opinion.

Jerry from Best Option HVAC replaced our hot water heater quickly and efficiently, also did some maintenance on our AC unit. I think his price was fair for the work. He was very professional, cleaned up everything and was knowledgeable, he provided great tips. I would recommend this company and Jerry!
I called Mr Jerry at my home as 2 AC were not working. MrJerry quoted me $680 for both but as he was speaking on the phone to me he dropped the price to $620. I mentioned to him on the phone $550 and he agreed, but he mentioned he had to go get parts. In the mean time, I did call the other company I have worked in past and they mentioned $225 for 1st capacitor and $30 for 2nd capacitor and then once they came they added a pound of Freon for $85. I ended up paying $340 for total service. You folks decide what you want to rate my experience. I want add one more important follow-up. As soon as I posted this I got a call from Mr Jerry and he mentioned to me those are my prices if you do not want to work with me that is fine, but remove the review. I mentioned to him it is ok to have your prices, but then be firm do not change 3 times. He called me an Indian cheap person used racism words and hung up. If I wrote a honest review, Mr Jerry you should own up and not call back and use F... words and call me an Indian. I am proud to be a successful Indian and a honest business man.
Had a fantastic experience working with Jerry at Best Option HVAC. Very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to work with and great personality. Prompt communications. The ductless HVAC unit that was installed was exceptional - very high quality craftsmanship! Jerry also helped coordinate an electrician for my project which worked out perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone needing HVAC work! Will be going back to Jerry again for my future HVAC projects
After some unfortunate and expensive experiences this past year with different trades, this company is a positive throw back to what I remember. A company that takes pride in their work, fairly priced, prompt, clean and professional. I would highly recommend this gentleman and I will defintely use him going forward for all my HVAC needs and also recommend him to my neighbors in my subdivision. Jerry from Best Option HVAC was really nice. He ensured that I understood what he was installing and anything that could be an issue. He is very flexible with timing and will definitely work with you on your schedule. The cost for a gas water heater was very reasonable and is very competitive. The quality of the water heater that he offers is very good, Bradford White 40gal is what I got. Definitely give Jerry a call.
In one word…Fantastic! I had a hot water heater installed. It was on time, professionally installed and even brought up to code. I worked with Jerry who knew everything to do. Just genuine pleasure to work with someone like him.

When my 14 year old furnace stopped working the day before Thanksgiving 2021, I called Jerry at Best Option to come check it out. He showed up on time and diagnosed a bad heat exchanger in my furnace, so unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced. His quote for replacement was very reasonable and he even offered to install the next day on Thanksgiving. The installation went smoothly and my house was nice and warm by the time I got home from work. Despite the unexpected expense, it was a smooth process thanks to Jerry's knowledge and honesty. I have already recommended him to my relatives and will definitely use his service if needed in the future.

Jerry is consistently professional, reliable and affordable. In the past I got quotes on a new AC and furnace. He came in at the lowest price on a better system than others were offering and was able to do the install fairly quickly. Now if I have a question/problem/concern (like my washer flooding an air duct... ugh) he’s the only call I need. I have absolutely no hesitation in referring him to anyone in need of HVAC services.
