We had Jake out to service our heater, and he was professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. In addition to the heater service, he graciously answered several questions we had about the way our water heater was venting. We were super satisfied and will definitely use Ahrens & Condill again!

Honest, professional, easy to work with, and they stand by their work! I needed a minor change after the fact, so when they came in the spring to charge our AC they made the quick change without charging us. We replaced our AC condenser, furnace, coils, and humidifier. Our home temp and humidity is amazing now and they were a much better value and easier to work with compared to the other consults we had. Would highly recommend.
Horrifically rude
At every stage of the process of replacing my home's two furnaces and two air-conditioner systems -- from assessing the current HVAC needs, to appraising a variety of replacement ACs and furnaces, to providing and estimation, to installation and follow-up -- the Ahrens & Condill team was professional, courteous and dependable. I highly recommend them.
Very helpful and customer service oriented
This is the second time we used them for our 20 year old air conditioner. Thankfully they repaired it instead of replacing it. Quick response and wore his mask even though it was scorching out!
They promptly rescued our family after my Weil McClain boiler block failed. Tim helped with the warranty stuff and Shawn and Tom arrived right on time today; and they worked diligently to replace the block -- we had heat again right after lunch! Both guys were kind and courteous to my wife and I. I am very thankful Ahrens & Condill was there when I needed them!
Great place and trustworthy. My heat went out at my small business early sat morning. Tim responsed immediately and had it handled as soon as he could. Highly recommend
I've been going here for awhile, and there very friendly, great service, and helpful.
We loved everything about working with Ahrens and Condill from the initial consultation through the installation. We appreciated all the help in determining the best products for our home. The installers came on time, asked questions when needed, offered advice, installed as if this was their own home, and cleaned up after the work was completed in a timely manner. The office staff has always been very responsive and pleasurable to work with through the process as well. They updated us continually from the initial call we made to schedule an estimate including follow through after the installation.
I have been with Ahrens & Condill for 14+ years now, and their response to my needs have been prompt and trouble free. Always on time and repairs when needed or inspections annually have always been done promptly and professionally.
Never fun having your furnace go out in the middle of winter at a rental property. After calling another company who quoted an excessive amount to repair a 22 year old unit I contacted Ahrens & Condill. They immediately came out and offered a temporary solution that provided my tenants with immediate heat and replaced the unit within 3 days. Much better than paying a costly bill to repair an old unit that I'd end up having to replace in a few years. Installation was a breeze and they sell and install high quality equipment. I highly recommend this company and they really care about their customers. Thanks Tim!
Tim came out after our furnace broke down in this cold snap.Tim was very knowledgeable and so was his crew. Top grade workmanship. Cleaned up after, also doubled checked their work and everyone had a great attitude.

So glad to find Ahrens and Condill. They didn't let us wait for days after our air conditioner broke, but went above and beyond to get us on their schedule immediately. Best price by far for the air conditioning unit. Very professional, and did a great job with the installation and the clean up.
