Very friendly and nice first experience at store #149. Would have given 5 ⭐️ if someone knew how the Septic Shock product works and knowledgeable on septic systems.
Branch #149 is my favorite location. The counter people are always helpful. I've been using Grainger for 20 years.

Half the time they don't have what I need when I need it, the other half its significantly overpriced. Can't believe they're still in business

If your using their regular day to day service they are great. They help you find anything you might need even if you only know a description of what you need. If you use the after hours service it's absolutely horrible unless it's the day time it's ok. At night you have to constantly call to ensure they are going to get your stuff for you. So many wasted hours just to find out things are not going to happen tonight.

I called Grainger today with some very detailed product questions. They immediately answered the phone and got me to someone who was incredibly knowledgeable about every product. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in years.
Experience was very pleasing. The employee was very enthusiastic about his job and very helpful. Was approached with a smile and left with a smile.
Quick and easy pickup is always welcome and this location delivers on that promise. Never have an issue making online orders and items actually being ready when I stop in to pick them up.
