Having worked with several other HVAC companies, I am grateful to have found Atomatic. They are professional, honest professionals who are clear on recommendations.
Have used Atomatic for 8 years since I bought my home. Professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. The service contract is not inexpensive but I have always felt I have gotten what I have paid for. And I trust this company will not gouge me as well.
After 20 plus years, Automatic continues to deliver great A/C and Humidifier service for my personal and business needs. They provide maintenance for my 3 condos. They recently installed a new Nortec humification system. They did a great job!

I can't say enough good about Atomatic. Service is par excellence and the technicians are efficient, very competent and personable. They definitely are proficient in their knowledge of the workings and maintenance of HVACS. I have had a maintenance contract with Atomatic for many years and I am more than happy with their service. Atomatic is the best of the best.

Ivan Vazquez diagnosed a very complicated HVAC System and figured out how to simplify it and get working throughout the home. He was patient explaining everything and showing me how to use the new thermostats. Afterwards he assisted me with paperwork for my insurance company on several occasions. Ivan is responsive, thorough and easy to communicate with. I was fortunate to have found Atomatic and Ivan Vazquez.
Report contradicted what we discussed in person. Replaced filter and charged me without my authorization.
Ernesto is the technician that I've had 3x in a row. He is very professional and courteous. He addresses any concerns that I may have and explains everything he is doing on the system. Very pleased with him and ATOMATIC.
Terrific professional service starting with the office when you call to schedule an appointment, to the service tech who comes to the house. These people know what they are doing and really work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied and receives first rate service.
Last Saturday night, my furnace took its last breath. Sunday morning, I had a tech (Ivan) and a new furnace installed Monday morning, first thing. My install tech (Ernesto) did a fabulous job, wore his PPE and wiped down everything he touched with disinfectant. Granted, business are slow at this time, but this is how Atomatic runs. They will bend over backwards to get the job done without raking you over the coals on pricing. A/C season is upon us and they'll be back to due an inspection when the weather is a bit warmer. If the A/C needs replacement, they'll have the job, as well.
On time arrival, meticulous service, very professional and courteous service representative. I've been a customer of Atomatic for at least twenty years and have never been disappointed!
Ivan has serviced our heat pumps over the past couple years. He is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions that I may have
Ivan was helpful and friendly. He showed up on time despite traveling from afar. He showed utmost professionalism while he was here and answered all the questions I had. He left the unit in a better condition after the service.
Polite and tidy technicians. Clean up after each service call. Answer questions honestly and respectfully. Explain what they are doing and follow up with an emailed receipt.
My furnace stopped working on a very cold day. I called Atomatic and they said they were booked for the day, but could squeeze me in. Ivan arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. In very little time, my furnace was up and running again. Ivan even took the time to show me how to program the thermostat to save on my gas bill. Between the lady on the phone squeezing me in and Ivan’s quality work, I highly recommend Atomatic!
