Highly recommend! Everything was seamless from the first estimate to completion of work. Anthony was great at explaining everything and is very responsive to any and all questions through email. I had my crawl space duct work reconfigured with additional runs added. The guys performing the work were in constant communication and would explain what they were doing while asking for my approval of where the new registers would be located. I also had the same team duct clean and aeroseal my attic furnace. They did an awesome job. Best of all, I was able to finance at 0 percent financing over 3 years, which made the work affordable for my family. This company offers fair pricing with excellent customer service.
Anthony was very friendly and professional. He seems kind and wasn’t pushy like typical salesman. Even two weeks after install, he stopped by to check on things and appeared to sincerely care about our happiness with our purchase. The installers, Jamian and Andres, were also very friendly and professional, did a stellar job on the install, cleaned up after themselves. They even put a little plastic shelf for my manuals and warranties. Jamian didn’t leave until after educating us on our new humidifier and waited even for us to teach it back ensuring we new what we were doing! All in all, I’m very happy with Amber and am considering having them out again for duct cleaning!!
Amber heating is hands down the best in the business! From the girls answering the phones, to the guys coming out doing the service, they don’t miss a beat. I had both my heating and Ac done by Amber, and while I probably could’ve went elsewhere for a couple dollars cheaper, I know with Amber they provide top shelf service and explanation on everything you are getting. Having people like Anthony on the sales end, really makes for a painless and comfortable process! I would recommend Amber to anybody would it comes to your heat/Ac needs. They will be around for many many years to come, seeing that they have all facets covered to maintain such a great business….. Joe
Roger the salesman was professional, knew what what he was talking about discussed options with me. The installers Nick and Jamien were top notch, did an excellent install, explained things to me as needed and answered all my questions. In doing my research the most important thing I discovered about getting a new furnace was to have a quality install and that is what i received. I definitely would recommend them to anyone for a new furnace install. M.
After considerable research and solicitation of multiple quotes, I selected Amber Heating & Air Conditioning to apply Aeroseal duct sealant to the ductwork for two HVAC systems in my home - to improve comfort level (heating and cooling) and energy efficiency. Anthony was extremely patient and thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns prior, during and post application. I really appreciated the onsite inspection prior to signing a contract to ensure Aeroseal could be applied and identify any potential challenges. Other companies I spoke with would not come out to look at the house prior to contracting their services. Simon and Kristoff were assigned to the two-day project for my home. They were exceptional – on time each day, hardworking, thorough and efficient, with pleasant dispositions. They were also proactive, inviting me to observe the various stages of the process and see measurements for leakage. In addition, they were super attentive to clean-up after the work was completed. Working with Anthony, Simon and Kristoff has been a great experience. I felt respected and heard throughout the process. I’m looking forward to receiving the reports and seeing how the house performs this winter. Very pleased with all interactions with this company and recommend them for consideration of your service needs and Aeroseal application.
The main things we hired Amber Heating for was to have the Aeroseal product applied to our HVAC duct system. We also wanted our ducts cleaned prior to that work. They did the duct cleaning on day one and removed a ton of dust from our home. On day two, they applied the Aeroseal product to our ducts and returns. That process took several hours. Our house has 4 levels and many ducts and they were professional and courteous throughout the process. They did a through job of cleaning the ducts, and they were especially good with the Aeroseal installation and left no mess when they were done. From the initial meeting with their sales rep, Anthony, through the installation of a smart Thermostat a few weeks after the Duct Cleaning and Aeroseal installation, we were very happy with the entire process. We thought the cost for all the work done was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Amber Heating & Air Conditioning for any job. Thank you!!!
Ed and Dylan from Amber were on time, professional, and efficient installing a new furnace in my city condo. After the installation they explained how my new system works and hauled away my old system. I will use them again for any HVAC work I need.
10/2022 They said they would send Trent, but rescheduled due to emergencies and sent Bryan. I was surprised he wore no mask or boot covers, which is usually standard for other companies. I appreciate how Bryan explained what he checked, the pricing structure, why they cost more than most HVAC services, and how 4seasons operates. The latter is in line with what I observed and the reason I switched. After a few weeks, I noticed it has been extremely, uncomfortably dry and checked the humidifier. He had left the humidifier completely off. Other than that, he did the job and my furnace is still working.
The maintenance service that Trent Devries performed on my heating system was thorough and his attention to detail was exceptional. Trent was very courteous and performed repairs on my heating system that will keep my furnace running smoothly throughout the winter. Great quality and great service!
Trent is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He is very thorough and explains all repairs before proceeding. He is definitely our go to technician. Kudos also to Stephanie and Julie for their helpful assistance as well with the situation at hand.

After a different company came for our annual Fall service (we had no indication of issues, this was a routine maintenance appt under a service contract) spent 20 mins with our unit, and told me I needed a full furnace replacement, I contacted Amber for a second opinion. Trent came out and was fantastic. I didn’t tell him about the other company because I wanted his independent and unbiased opinion. He did a thorough cleaning and assessment of our furnace and found our unit to be in good working order. He went through everything he had done and showed us videos and pictures of his work (and all the cleaning/maintenance he did that had supposedly been done by the other company three days earlier). He was very knowledgeable and professional. We have switched our service contract to Amber and will be doing our business with them going forward. We are very pleased with their honesty and professionalism.
Our furnace wasn’t turning on so Amber sent out a technician (Trent) who was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem, he performed the routine maintenance on our furnace and gave us some suggestions on how to prevent any problems in the future. We couldn’t be happier with everyone we interacted with at Amber and we plan to use them for all our heating and cooling needs!
We did Aeroseal what a big difference in A/C and heat coming thru our vents especially the 2nd floor. Would definately recommend Aeroseal and Amber Heating. Amber Heating was professional, prompt.
I live in an old building. The AC install wad delayed while electric was upgraded. There was a supply chain issue also. Anthony at Amber kept in constant contact with me. Everyone invokved was terrific. They provided me with portable AC units to help with the summer heat. Very professional group. Particularly Anthony P.

My parents were looking to replace the old HVAC system in the house they had just purchased. We had been using the services of one company for years, but we were looking to move on from them after a few bad experiences. We looked at several companies, Amber Heating & Air Conditioning being one of them. Anthony came out to my parents' home for an initial consultation, and we were blown away. The amount of knowledge that he possesses is amazing. He very clearly explained all of our options and answered all of our questions. He never tried to pressure us into a sale or attempted to sell us things we didn't want or need. We made the decision to move forward with them. The installers worked a certain amount of hours per day, so our installation took two days to complete. On the first day they made certain to finish installing the AC first and leave that working properly (since we were in the middle of summer when our installation happened). On the second day, they finished installing the furnace and humidifier. I can not say enough about their workmanship. It was professional, neat, and clean. You can tell that they cared about the quality of their work. Once the installation was finished, Anthony came out one last time to check the installation, make sure everything was working, and make sure that we were happy with everything. You can tell customer service is very important to them. I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking for HVAC services.
I have used Amber for about 40 years now, first in my home and later at my condo. They are the best repair/installation service I have ever used. When I speak to some one at Amber over the phone or see them in person you get the feeling you are there only client. On occasion, where repairs were needed things got fixed the first time. The only wait I have ever had was if they needed to order parts. The recent installation they did in my condo was completed without any mess left behind and within the quoted window. Simply put, they are what service companies should be.
Called Monday AM about 12 year old furnace not heating properly, Jose Lopez came out at time promised and was able to determine problem immediately because of odor in basement caused by the secondary heat exchanger leaking. Because of the age of the furnace and the complicated repaid procedure he described, I decided to have it replaced. Since the furnace was still usable, he had Anthony come out the next day so that he could determine the proper replacement. Ordered a new Carrier high efficiency furnace ( the old one was a Carriier and the heat exchange still had a few years left on warranty) got a great deal. Old one was removed and new one installed by Adrian who did an excellent job, knew what he was doing and how to do it right, wore covering on his shoes , and cleaned up everything when he was done. My thanks to every one at Amber from the phone answerer, Jose, Anthony, and Adrian. everyy one is the greatest.
