Omar put up a lot of effort and was competent and effective. He arrived and completed the task correctly. Finding certain items in the environment is occasionally challenging. I wouldn't think of doing business with any other firm again. It's entertaining when he shows you the before and after. It's nice turning on the air conditioner knowing that Top Air Solutions has made it cleaner.

Not professional. Not trustworthy! The service guy wrapped up all the duct cleaning in less than an hour. Tried to sell other care options by being very pushy and using scare tactics. The old system has rust, he said it's Mold and Fungus. When asked for receipt, he made me go to this link which actually was a customer review link. He himself clicked on 5 star rating for him. Horrible Experience. Watch out!
Omar is an excellent technician& very professional. He took time to inspect everything with my ac explaining as he completed the tune up. He also patiently answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. He represented Top Air in the best way! I will be requesting him for my furnace tune up.

We are excited to see what a difference this service makes to our allergies - time will tell. The techs were on-time, seemed knowledgeable, and were friendly. Only 3 stars because they left things a mess - dryer lint throughout the laundry room and a LOT of debris on the floor in my daughter’s room, without mentioning either to me. They also removed outlet protectors to plug in their equipment and didn’t plug them back in, which is a safety concern for our young kids, and they had to scoot some furniture around (that was near, but not covering) vents and didn’t move it back. Would have appreciated a little more care upon finishing the job.
Had this company come out and clean our air ducks. Then when finished they proceeded to try and pressure sales tactic my wife into purchasing another cleaning service with an offer that expired as soon as they left at a $800 value. Showing my wife a photo of mold they said they had found in our furnace. Luckly my wife said no and got a second opinion, 2nd company came out and found 0 mold in any of our units and did a cleaning for $80 compared to their $800. Beware of scams and pressure tactics.
They did a good job, but you get what you pay for. Don't expect a full service duct cleaning for $199. They try to upsell you on additional cleanings but that was to be expected. The 2 individuals that came out were very nice and respectable.
Around six months ago, I took advantage of the airduct cleaning services provided by Top Air Solutions. Impressed by their professionalism, I recently contacted them again to replace my A/C unit. Omar, their representative, visited my place to assess the situation and provided a comprehensive explanation of the replacements required. True to their word, the team arrived on time, maintained regular communication with me throughout the process, and displayed genuine kindness. Their pricing is competitive, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident. Without a doubt, I will continue to be a customer of Top Air Solutions.
