This the second time I have used Eli. He helped me out two years ago after my last airman left me in a terrible situation. His integrity and work ethic are 100% and so refreshing in these times. It was very reassuring to make a major purchase decision with person like this. He and his teammate Joe were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Clean up like you never knew they were here accept for the lovely cool air. Cannot recommend highly enough. Fairly priced too!
When we phoned them for air conditioner repair, they came out right away. They visited our house, found the issue, and solved it! The cost was also affordable!

Paid $350 to these scammers. I’ve ordered a service for my AC Unit at my home in Lombard, IL Unfortunately I wasn’t present when he arrived, he spent total of 5 minutes at my house… I doubt he opened a cover… He told my spouse that the problem is with the capacitor which I changed day before I called them… He also said there might be a leak which he can not discover but we have to pay $1800 to charge AC. In case that leak continues he will give us 50% back???? Don’t trust good reviews, look elsewhere
Steve came out to service our A/C unit and he was great. Very personable when he first arrived and always kept us informed as to what he was doing and ways we can keep things working properly and offered options w/o making it feel like he was trying to sell us something. I would highly recommend this company for their promptness, honesty, efficiency & professionalism! Job well done!
Newton Heating and Cooling team were professional and never stopped working till they got our new AC and furnace installed and working properly. They cleaned, inspected, wore masks and booties. Friendly professional and hard working couple of guys. Quote was quick and was very fair than the competitors around. Will use them again without hesitation.
I discovered water leaking from our furnace and James and Eric came out that very morning to take a look and repaired the broken trap. Friendly and efficient service. They called first to ask if they could come before scheduled time. Work was completed in a timely fashion.👍👍
I've been a customer of Newton Heating and Cooling for a year but yesterday's service was the best. Eli the assigned technician, provides an excellent/professional service. He's very knowledgeable of his work and explain us how to setup the unit to a desire and efficient comfort level. I'll definitely use them again.

I was very pleased with positive attitude of the technician Eli. He said that it was going to get fixed and he quickly got to work. We've used Newton Heating and Cooling for the past couple of years at our old house and just moved to a new house. We had Eli come out to do a whole house inspection and tune up. He's a great guy - very nice, honest and knowledgeable. Really amazing service! I highly recommend!
We are so happy with the work Eli did! He was incredibly professional and personable. The job took two days, as he replaced our hot water tank and installed a whole A/C unit. He explained the processes, let us know what would be best for our home and most economic for us, which we greatly appreciated. He kept the area neat-and then took whatever garbage he created with him. Great service! Thank you Eli.
Eli was knowledgeable, courteous, and the heater's fixed at an affordable cost. Scheduling was very efficient. I was given a 2 hour window that was fine tuned to my schedule highly recommend Newton Heating and Cooling.
Had a system failure in the middle of summer. The tenant was quite elderly and sensitive to the heat. Newton Heating and Cooling was able to make a complete system installed in one day. The system works very well and I could not be more impressed. I highly recommend.
