I loved Cool-It and hate writing negative reviews, but we had a system installed by them a couple years ago and have had constant problems with it. They have been great when they do finally come out to fix the issue. However, this winter it kept freezing up and then stopped working again. We have been trying to get them out to fix it for months. They had someone out who found out it has a bad valve and he said it would be under warranty. They told us they would order the part and get it fixed, but we've been trying to reach them for a long time now. They have told us a couple times that they will send someone out, but never have. They do not answer their phone or return my calls. My house is currently on the market and this will really be an issue with selling. I will leave up this review unless they finally make it a priority to get this done. We've been without heat for a good portion of winter (we have a backup pellet stove luckily) and now we have had no AC all summer.
Quick and Extremely professional and friendly!! I called around noon they were there a few hours later fixed my air conditioning.. Cason was friendly and extremely professional he called me to let me know he was on his way when he finished the job he called me again to let me know ..I would highly recommend this company and very reasonably priced!

These guys are the Best! Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it and get it done. They rescued me when my furnace went out at the coldest point of the year and I can’t thank them enough! Excellent service!
These guys did a great job for us. We had a new construction addition being built. Vaughn came by and helped figure out a good spot to place an 18,000 btu mini split heat pump/ac. His guys were professional and polite. We ran the unit during the summer and it easily cooled our entire 2200 sq ft home. It has surprisingly kept up with the heating all winter. I dont think I have burned more than four bags of pellets this winter and that was usually just because i like to see a fire occasionally. Great service, great product, great price. Im going to have another installed in my shop.
Steve and Aiden were experienced, professional and efficient in the install of our air conditioning. They did a very thorough, neat and superb job and we really appreciate it. Our air conditioner is working great.
In 2009, we bought our heat pump system for heating and cooling from Cool-It, Inc. Their crew expertly worked around several difficulties with our older, three-floor home and its construction challenges back then, and they were right that the heat pump is less expensive and far more efficient than our old gas furnace. The best bonus is having AC, to boot. In 11 years of total comfort, we never even had a service need until this summer when the heat wave hit. Their technician, Cason, was quick to respond, was knowledgeable and highly professional, tested the system and diagnosed the problem. Cason even gave me tips to ensure another 11 years of trouble-free comfort. Then he returned within the time he estimated and charged within the amount he had estimated. We could not be happier.
COOL-IT has bailed me out more times than I care to remember. Without hesitation, they always make me feel that my problem is their number one concern. It didn't matter if it was a holiday (EVEN CHRISTMAS EVE) a weekend and/or after hours, they always reassured me it would get fixed. Not only would they successfully fix it, they were extremely FARE and FAST! Always before estimated time. UNHEARD OF TODAY! Their customer service goes above and beyond expectations. I feel blessed, gifted and very fortunate I have them in my life! Thank you Vaughn, Lisa and CASON!!
We have worked with Cool It for many years now and have always had very good results from them they are the go to company when we have heating and cooling issues they are very dependable and have very quick service. Vaughn and Lisa and Crew do an outstanding job we can always count on them to get us out of a jam.

I was VERY impressed with the service, quality and time it took for Cool-It to install an AC unit in my new house. Their team is very knowledgeable, friendly and they take the time to explain what's been done or what is needed. AND most important, when I spoke with the owner about cost - he gave me a quote and I questioned him if that was the cost or a +/- situation...I received the bill and it was exactly what he quoted me. It's hard to find good service like that in a small community.
